THIS IS THE SECOND VEHICLE I HAVE PURCHASED FROM GERRY LANE CHEVY. THE FIRST TIME WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2022 GMC AT4 WITH 26,000 MILES. THE TRUCK IS BEAUTIFUL AND EXACTLY WHAT I W LANE CHEVY. THE FIRST TIME WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2022 GMC AT4 WITH 26,000 MILES. THE TRUCK IS BEAUTIFUL AND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SO FOR $50K AND 26,000 MILES YOU WOULD THINK NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE TRUCK. WRONG!!!! APPARENTLY IT WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISON AND THAT INFORMATION WAS WITHHELD FROM ME. SO OUT OF 7 WEEKS ITS BEEN IN THEIR FACILITY FOR REPAIRS AND STILL NOT GETTING ANY UPDATES. THE TRUCK HAS A BENT REAR AXLE AND MISSING ALL THE PROTECTION PLATES FROM UNDERNEATH THE TRUCK. HAD A SMALL CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD, THEY TRIED TO REPAIR IT AND ITS PRETTY MUCH CRACKED ALL THE WAY ACROSS NOW. THE FENDER LINERS ARE MISSING SCREWS THAT HOLD IT IN PLACE. PRETTY MUCH GOT A TRUCK THAT THEY BOUGHT PRETTY CHEAP AND TRIED TO SLAP IT TOGETHER FAIRLY CHEAP SO THEY WOULD MAKE A HUGE PROFIT! I'VE BEEN REALLY PATIENT AND NOT CALLING TO BOTHER THEM. I DROPPED THE TRUCK OFF AND CLEARLY TOLD THEM IT HAD A BENT AXLE THEY CALLED 3 DAYS LATER TO TELL ME MY LUG NUTS WERE TIGHT! 3 DAYS AFTER THAT THEY CALL TO INFORM ME THAT I WAS CORRECT AND THEY HAD TO REOPEN THE INSURANCE CLAIM TO GET IT FIXED! NOW I'M HIGHLY PISSED AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE PERIOD! TIME FOR A LAWYER More

I would not bring my truck back to the Gerry Lane on Airline. My truck is still having issues and I don't think they change parts on the truck.
