Front end alignment/ oil change Eventually my vehicle was repaired, but the length in service was unacceptable. I schedule my alignment in a week in advance, my vehicle was not prope Eventually my vehicle was repaired, but the length in service was unacceptable. I schedule my alignment in a week in advance, my vehicle was not properly diagnosed until the third day. They found that a pin had fell out the frame which prevented the realignment and caused the issue. However the part was replaced and tap welded in place. Eight days later I received my vehicle back, In the past the dealership replaced my frame from a prior accident, though I can’t say that the workmanship cause the failure, but from my previous alignment the year prior it was discover that the bolts was installed incorrectly which cause a delay in that alignment. However due to this failure, it has cost me two new tires and a rental car bill of $500 More

Horrendous service department Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!! If want a horrendous experience with a Chevy dealership this is the place to go! Dropped my truck off for my appointment on Wednesday at 6:45am and I expected to pick it up the same day as they quoted me, I received a call later that afternoon. That there diesel technicians were working on it and it would take two days. I called on Thursday looking for an update and now they still haven’t changed out the heater core yet it was in stock. Now I called on Friday at noon (today) and still no parts installed just my dash in pieces because the diesel technician couldn’t finish the job!! So if you want to be out of a ride for 3 plus days take it here! They wouldn’t even offer me a loaner vehicle for the weekend! Even though they wanted to keep it for longer! I would be out a vehicle WTH?? Really this dealership is not worth your money!! Also don’t even bother dialing this number 225-336-7962 they give out In there reply to bad reviews so they don’t look bad. All you get is a long game of phone tag and being on hold!! Don’t go here!!!! More
Poor customer relationship This dealer baited me with 1 truck at a price under competition but refused to give me a quote on extended warranty or interest rate unless I drove 2. This dealer baited me with 1 truck at a price under competition but refused to give me a quote on extended warranty or interest rate unless I drove 2.5 hours back a second time to discuss in person. Deju va. The 2nd dealer in the are baiting customers with low prices to get you to their dealership. The other one tried to slip in a lesser warranty 5/75 instead of 6/100 and the increase the quoted price by 900$ and also slip in an additional 495$ once you go to buy. Buyer beware dealers will bait you with low prices but then jack up the price by 1000 plus more than other competition and/or jack up interest by 1 to 2 percent over competition. Both knew I had other solid deals in Texas with a fixed price on extended warranty and low interest through GMF approved but they lured or tried to mute me to their dealership by agreeing to match or beat the price to keep my business local ... and then refuse to give you a quote on extended warranty or interest in person or try to slip in an additional 1500 to 2000 at signing without you knowing. More
