We had a little bit of a misunderstanding at first with my bank and his policies resulting in a cancellation and loss of my plane ticket. A few days later, he reached back to me and made everything right and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Not only did he reimburse me for the initial tickets, but he made sure that everything was set once I arrived there. Once at the dealer, the whole transaction was quick and easy. The car was in absolute perfect conditions. One small plastic bumper piece that was missing, he ordered it the very next day and provided me with tracking information. He made sure that I had a safe trip driving the car back home and followed up with me the next few days to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Definitely worth the trip out of state and would purchase again from them in the future. Thank you very much! More

By far the best inventory I was looking a X5M for a while. German Auto World had what I wanted. The problem was that I live in Boston. Suleyman suggested I get the car inspe I was looking a X5M for a while. German Auto World had what I wanted. The problem was that I live in Boston. Suleyman suggested I get the car inspected by 3rd party. He made every effort to facility that by even allowing a use of one of his lifts for a full inspection of the car's underside. If that does not speak truthfulness and confidence in the cars he sells I don't know what does. Needless to say, i purchased the car sight unseen just by how i felt after talking to Suleyman few time on the phone (weekend or not). When came for pick up he even picked me up at the airport. You would only expect that kind of service from the high end Italian Car dealers. Their main focus is relationship building, car sales is secondary. You will not find that anywhere and I talked to a lot of dealers during my search for an M car. Would I recommend them? Let's just say Suleyman is already looking for my next car. More

He is also a skilled mechanic, as I discovered by letting him rework my 2005 BMW 330xi suspension. This 13 year-old E46 drives like new again! My advice: If you know what German performance car make and model you desire, give Suleyman a cal. He'll show you best, or maybe find it for you. More

Not only what's the process scary initially but the fear of dealing with a small business as opposed to a large dealership was a leap of faith. I was first attracted to the condition and the cost of the vehicle which was better than National average. My first instinct was to believe that it was too good to be true. Sulyman was extremely nice and accommodating which raised more concerns. I haven't had very many people answer calls, texts, emails all hours of the day and on weekends so I was sure that there was a reason to be skeptical. I took a leap of faith, and boy was I glad I did. Not only was the process smooth but I learned that there are good, honest, and great customer service still left in the world. Sulyman made me a believer that that there are honest people in the Auto industry. I purchased a 2004 Boxster completely sight unseen and drove 1200 miles to pick it up. The vehicle was exactly as he said it was and I drove it without issue 1200 miles home. With any used vehicle there are issues that may arise. Everything that was needing attention was pointed out, photographed, and sent to me prior to my purchase. I found this vehicle at a fair price and and in great condition. All the vehicles he had where the same as mine fair price and in great condition. Don't be fooled by the lack of large amount of inventory. With large volumes of vehicles at dealerships you find the hustle, and lack of customer service trying to move them. At German Auto World it was attention to detail and customer service. Sulyman contacted me every time I asked a question including checking on me to make sure I made it home safe. I have found no experience like the one I had here. Out of 100 reviews across the web I only found two negative responses. The negative responses showed no merit as the issues they had appeared Petty and is the price that you can't make everyone happy every time there's always someone who wants to complain. This man went above and beyond any experience I've had in car buying. I would recommend purchasing another vehicle to anyone as they are in good hands with this gentleman. I will purchase another vehicle from German Auto World Without worry. Thank you German Auto World and Sulyman for making my dream car wish come true! More
