THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND AND REPAIR THINGS THAT DO NOT NEED TO BE FIXED, INSTEAD OF WHAT REALLY NEEDS TO BE F SERVICE!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER AWARE OF THE WARRANTY-COVERED PROBLEMS.) I HAD MY CAR INTO THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SOME OF THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND DO NOT SEEM INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU OUT. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!! TAKE YOUR CAR TO BUYERS VOLKSWAGON. THEY ARE SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. They have no interest in servicing vehicles, even those under warranty that were purchased through their dealership. I would never recommend them to anyone.
