The dealership closed at 7:00pm and we didn't get into finance until almost 8:00 p.m before we went over to finance Steve told us that he would be there when we finished and he was.We ended up leaving the dealership at about 9:30 p.m. Steve went that extra mile to ensure we were happy with our purchase and I commend him on a job well done. All in all we got what we wanted for what we wanted to pay so it turned out to be a win-win for both of us. Germain Toyota is my choice of dealerships. Thank You Mark Lyons More

I actually went inside and asked for a saleman, I loved that! Greg White was my salesman I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and he said ok I can do that ( when I had been told before at another dealership that it was not). He was friendly and got me an even better price than what I had asked for !I am a current owner of a toyota rav 4 as well and he took my rav thru thier car wash and checked my tires when he noticed that my indicator light of a low tire was on. I will never buy anywhere else. I felt as if I was treated as a frind not just a buyer ! More
I worked with Omar on the sales floor and Tony in financing. You talk about no pressure...this was no pressure. All my questions were answered (with great detail and knowledge) and I never felt any financing. You talk about no pressure...this was no pressure. All my questions were answered (with great detail and knowledge) and I never felt any push to add or look at anything I had no interest in having. By contrast, my old dealership (not Toyota)...after having the car for 10 years and servicing it with the dealer for almost all that time, nothing but the full court press to push me into a buy. No "love" on my trade-in after hearing what good shape it was from the guys in the shop. By contrast, Omar came thru with everything he promised, anything I wanted to take out he immediately pulled one up front for me to drive. Financing was quick and easy and Tony made me feel very comfortable going thru each detail until he was certain I understood it all. The purchase day I also received a nice thank you from the manager. The next day when I picked it up I also received a nice thank you for purchasing from two other supervisors. Now two more days later I received yet another call just to see if I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions. I think I am going to sell my house and just move in to Germain Toyota. Seriously, a very pleasant experience. A couple of friends had recommended Germain due to regular auto service, and I am looking forward to that, but the buying experience was just excellent. This is the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased from Germain but this was the best experience by far. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly - not pushy. I have dealt with Germain Toyota of Columbus on Scarborough Rd for years. Not necessarily for the closness, but because of how I'm treated each time I visit. This particular visit was the cause of Scarborough Rd for years. Not necessarily for the closness, but because of how I'm treated each time I visit. This particular visit was the cause of an accident that totaled my 1999 Camry. So I searched online, but for me face-to-face is where the true customer service skills come into play, and Perry Meyers had the entire customer service package working on Valentine's Day Feb 14th. When I walked in, everyone appeared to be busy, even Perry, but another gentleman stepped in to assist until Perry was free. Yes, that gentleman was very nice as well. Once with Perry, the car purchase began. My intent was to purchase another Toyota Camry of course, but a Lexus was waiting my arrival, and the rest is history. Perry was well informed and knowledgeable of the vehicle and the documents before him. He talked to me with documents facing me and upside down to him, that's knowledge!! I understood everything he spoke of, and for what I didn't understand he explained thoroughly, all the while with a smile on his face. He made my experience a relaxed one. Because the vehicle came without a manual, Perry left a message for me to return his call so he could give me as much info as possible to be able to perform the simple techniques to drive the vehicle, with that smile on his face even on the phone. The price was unbelievable!! Yes, I would recommend Toyota for both service and puchases. Because my overall experience is worth telling someone!! Thanks and keep up the good works!! More
I had a very pleasant experience with Germain Toyota Used Vehicle sales. Perry Meyers met me before I even had a parking place and was exceptionally helpful in locating my vehicle. It was only by chance that I had stopped as I had a meeting in Columbus that was canceled. I live in Zanesville and had been working with the local dealers to locate the vehicle. Though I had been searching for nearly six months Perry was able to locate the exact vehicle that I was looking for and amazingly enough is was already on their lot although unknown by Perry at the time. We had looked at every used vehicle and even at new ones on the lot and they just did not seem to be exactly what I was looking for so Perry took me inside and we searched all of the other Germain used vehicles. It ended up that my Highlander had just come onto the lot the day before and Perry was able to find it and I knew it was exactly what I wanted the moment that I saw it. The only negative experience that I had was with Toyota Financing. Though I have perfect credit there was an error on my credit report and instead of getting close to 1.9 financing through Toyota Credit, Toyota credit tried to take advantage of the 650 credit score and tried to charge me 12% interest which is to say the least usery. Though I could have proved that the credit rating was false Toyota Credit said that they would have to wait until the credit rating changed in order the give me the loan at a reasonable rate. This is a VERY bad policy on Toyota Credits part. I have always driven Toyota's because they are wonderfully reliable cars but when such a good company attempts to take advantage of their loyal customers they give themselves a bad name. I hope someone at the dealership will forward this to Toyota Credit for a reevaluation of their loan criteria. Thankfully I was able to get financing through my bank at 7% which is still outrageously high. I would expect this type of treatment from a bank, after all they are the ones that set up the credit rating bureaus in order to screw people over. Toyota is not a bank however, and should have higher standards than the thieves in the Banking system where usery is the status quo. More

I am very grateful for Mr. Meyers's patience while working with me on finding a car that would suit my needs. When I walked in his office, Mr. Meyers eased my anixety about communication barrier, he provided ways for us to communicate. He was warm and friendly toward me. However, after driving it for a couple days, she discovered that, due to a physical problem, she could not turn her head sufficiently to see out the back window while backing up. Next, she drove a Mitsubishi for two days. This didn't suit her needs, so she brought that one back. Perry then arranged to have half s dozen cars for her to test drive and she finally bought the 2010 Corolla. Perry showed the patience of a saint (I was with Marie the second and third times she tested the cars). I told him he deserved the Salesman of the Year Award for all the time and patience he took with Marie. More
