Jesse Wotruba wih Germain on Scarborough Boulevard in Columbus took excellent care of me. At one point Jesse even brought a car to my employer because I couldn’t get off work but really wanted to view t Columbus took excellent care of me. I bought a brand new 2012 Scion xB through him. Anthony with their finance department helped me get better terms than I was able to even get through my bank. We just purchased our 5th Toyota from the Germain Toyota Dealership off of Scarborough Blvd. We went into this car buying process not wanting a Toyota, because we just wanted something different. However, as searched, we weren't happy with some of the other dealerships we had been to and decided to visit Germain. Greg White was our sales person and he's outstanding at his job. I've already recommended him twice to friends. He was so genuine, patient and extremely knowledgable about the cars we were considering. He made the sales part of the process very easy, which we were very apprehensive about - we don't like the negotiating part. Since buying our car, he has checked in with us a couple of times. We will definitely go back to him for our next car. More

If you are using zag.com/edmund.com/truecar.com to do competitive new car shopping, do not trust the dealer promises until you get your vehicle. This dealer could not uphold his promise on the availabil competitive new car shopping, do not trust the dealer promises until you get your vehicle. This dealer could not uphold his promise on the availability and price of the new vehicle quoted on zag.com/edmund.com/truecar.com. The dealer makes empty promise just to get your commitment(business) but could not deliver the vehicle. If you are in the market for a new Toyota and is using zag.com/edmund.com or truecar.com they will quote you the lowest price but they could not deliver the car on time as promised. I get the promise of "If you sign up with me today at this $x, you will get your car today/tomorrow". Those are just empty promises. Such a disappointment and waste of my time. More

Great deal and great service. Traded in a '04 Highlander on a '05 Highlander. Our income went down and we needed to lower our payments. We were not able to refinance the '04 through our bank. We got a slig on a '05 Highlander. Our income went down and we needed to lower our payments. We were not able to refinance the '04 through our bank. We got a slightly newer car with the smaller (4 cyl. vs 6 cyl.) engine, now we can use regular gas and get better mileage to boot. Toyota Financial would not approve the original deal that we signed, so the dealership reduced the price of the car by $1,000 since our interest rate went up and the length of the loan was reduced from 66 to 60 months. Also, we took the car back because of road noise from the tires. They had a directional tread and two of them were mounted the wrong way. The service department said the tires had uneven wear and cupping, so they gave us four NEW tires! We still came out saving about $70 month on our car payment and are very happy with the car. More
