Amanda at Germain Toyota is absolutely amazing! She found the car I wanted and she went back and forth with her manager to get me the best deal possible. I drove 30 mins from home to Germain dealership because of the good reviews they and Amanda got. The sales manager was very reluctant to honor the Germain Kelly Blue book value of my trade-in. He did go down on the price of the new car but having to go back and forth with him on honoring the trade in value was exhausting. My trade-in was 3ish years old and in great condition. I was disappointed in that with him but the rest of the experience with Amanda was great. More
