I originally went to the Nissan dealership next door. After walking around their lot for 20 minutes and nobody coming out to help me, I decided to go to Germain Mazda next door. Paul barely let me get out of my car before greeting me, even though it was pouring down rain. He was patient, easy to work with and very low pressure. I feel like I got a great car at a very fair price. Finance guy was so thorough I finally had to tell him to hurry up and get me out of there, as I have been through the process a dozen times. He simply wanted to make sure I understood everything. During the process I met the sales person, service manager, finance manager, and general manager. I also communicated in person, via phone, text, and email. Smooth and easy, this will be my first and likely only stop next time! More

Tim, the manager, emailed me back that night asking what model of car was I looking for and when I could come by. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there by Stephanie, the salesperson, who asked pertinent questions, listened to what a was looking for in a car and found the exact car I needed for my job. She had a great open line of communication and was all around very helpful and knowledgable. Also, the staff at Germain Mazda were not arrogant "boys club" car people. They were all friendly and down to earth and made you feel welcome, without being smarmy. More
