My family and I have purchased 6 vehicles over the years from Rusty. When our youngest daughter went off to college, Rusty convinced us to lease a new vehicle so that she wouldn't have to be concerned with from Rusty. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. This included being offered coffee to Kyle washing our current vehicle while we were doing paperwork for the vehicle purchased. Overall this was a great experience. Brittany was polite and straight to the point in the buying process so that there was not too much wasted time. I went to multiple dealers in the Columbus area and the only one that I felt was better than Germain Mazda was Germain Toyota, they just didn't have the car I was looking for. The only problem I had was discussing out the door pricing vs "listed price." I felt that whenever we were talking I continued to use out the door pricing while she used listed pricing and it confused some things at the end of the dealings which I felt were a little unfair. Overall I really enjoy the car and still got a great price on it, just not the one I felt we had originally agreed on. I would go back again for my next vehicle. More
