Super nice, but come in with your best price First of all, I would like to say that everyone at the dealership, not just my sales rep, were super nice to me whenever I came in to the dealership. From my rep, to his boss, to his boss's boss, to other reps on the floor, all said hello and kept me company when I was waiting for various things. I also really appreciate the 3 for Free deal that they're running currently on services, and the loyalty rebate for those who have purchased from Mazda before (this is my 2nd). The only advice I would give, and this is a concern every time you go to a dealer, but lead with a darn good price. Not everyone is a negotiator and if you start out high assuming that they'll push back (or better yet, they won't and you get the high tag), you may lose out when they start shopping around. All someone has to do is say "Germain offered me this, can you beat it" and it doesn't take much for the other dealerships to beat it. Everybody wants to win business away from you guys and they'll jump at the opportunity to beat out your price. Ultimately, you came back with a counter and won my business, but what if I hadn't offered you the opportunity to do so? Other than that, Mike Worthington was awesome! Super not-salesy, which I appreciate, and easy to chat with. He was quick to respond whenever I texted/called. Really all you can ask for. One dealership did actually offer a slightly lower price, but I wanted to give you guys the business because Mike spent a lot of time with me and I felt he deserved the deal. Keep it up, Germain! You might have a customer for life ;) More
Great adventure I was looking to lease a new car but was undecided as to what. We had been to Toyota and Nissan prior to visiting Mazda. My husband and I got to look around a bit and then Terry came out to great us. We appreciated the time to look before being approached by sales people. Terry was very attentive to my wants and needs. We took a very nice test drive in the Mazda 3 and Terry even had me stop in a parking lot to test the backup camera. I have never had such an informative test drive and review of a vehicle before. After about 45 minutes with Terry and the car we go in to do the paperwork. Once inside my eyes go to a different vehicle on the showroom floor. After oowwing and aahhing Terry asked if I wanted to test drive it. It being the Mazda CX3. I loved it. Needless to say we caused a few people to stay over time and I was able to drive my new car home. Thank you to Terry and all of the staff. This car lease adventure was a pleasurable one. Smooth, professional, and painless We had been looking around the area for a CX-5, and were having difficulty finding the car with the specific options we were looking for. We were planning to drive out of state to secure the car we wanted, but Terry from Germain lobbied hard for us to allow him to take care of things for us. We ended up getting the exact vehicle that we wanted (from the out of state dealer through a dealer trade) at a competitive price without any hassles or surprises. Terry is diligent and easy to work with, and probably saved us from heartache, as we suspect the other dealer was not being completely honest with us on pricing. Tim, sales manager, and Damon, finance manager, were also friendly and easy to work with. We felt valued as customers, and breathed a huge sigh of relief when there were no surprises with the paper work. I love that the dealership doesn't put any decals or advertising logos on the car, and they even asked us for permission to use their Germain dealer plate holders before putting them on (we will replace these, but appreciate having them for now). This was my first experience buying a new car, and overall Germain made the process much easier than I anticipated. More
Had a great experience I just got a used Mazda 6 from them. My situation was difficult; I am from outside USA and am going to stay only for two years, I don't have much cred I just got a used Mazda 6 from them. My situation was difficult; I am from outside USA and am going to stay only for two years, I don't have much credit history, and I knew from the beginning that banks would be reluctant to let me finance a car. But these guys at Germain Mazda patiently worked it out and they finally got me a car that I wanted! I'm especially thankful to Terry, who really worked hard to make things work for me. I had to spend quite a long time at the dealer because my deal was complicated, but I did't get bored and I owe it largely to him as it was really nice talking with him. More

Some dealers, didn't even acknowledge me & let me leave after much time in the showroom without even saying goodbye. Germain Mazda's Terry Johnson took the time to show me everything about the car I was interested in - & he knew everything! I went to other Mazda & Nissan dealers & while one other Mazda dealer did a great job, I was able to teach a few of them a thing or two about the vehicle because of what Terry taught me. I did not like how one of the dealerships had a sales person show me the car, then pass me off to someone else for pricing. I would have then had to work with yet another person on finance! Exhausting, frustrating & impersonal! Germain allows their customer to work with just two people. The salesperson and the finance person for signing. Much better!! I ultimately came back to Terry for several reasons including his knowledge of current & past Mazdas; the great deal he was able to offer & finally, because he demonstrated through his words & actions that he appreciated me & wanted to build a relationship not only for the present, but for the future as well. Sonny also did a great job of guiding me through the signing process. The electronic forms display made them easy to read and understand. How would I rate my car buying experience with Germain Mazda? New Year New CX-3 I am very pleased with my experience at Germain Mazda. I had been in contact with Jordan Hoffman through email about CX-3's for a couple of months be I am very pleased with my experience at Germain Mazda. I had been in contact with Jordan Hoffman through email about CX-3's for a couple of months before I made a trip to the dealership. Jordan provided me with information on the vehicle and any pricing questions I had. I went in on New Years Eve to take advantage of the end of the year deals and was helped by Mike Worthington. Mike took me through every detail of the car and out on a test drive. I wasn't pressured and Mike was very easy to get along with. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend and not a pushy salesperson like experiences I've had elsewhere. I had some doubts about my trade-in and the price of the new vehicle and I was immediately introduced to Sonny Sosniak the General Manager. Sonny took the time to explain the pricing, terms of the warranty, and was even able to have a CX-3 delivered from out of state in the color that I wanted. Germain Mazda set out to gain my trust and a lifelong customer rather than just sell me a vehicle and push me out the door. Mike even took the time to play his favorite Adele song to help me setup my stereo, navigation, and phone in the car before I left the dealership. I am very happy with the new car and glad that I took the time to stop at Germain Mazda. More
Overall an OK experience Purchased a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Germain. They had to order it because they couldn't find any nearby that had the options we wanted. Our salesman Terry was good about communicating through the process. Closing the deal took longer than we would have liked; I didn't enjoy the negotiation process and almost walked out. Also the F&I guy insisted he was legally obligated to try and sell me extended warranties and all those overpriced extras despite my insistence up front that I wasn't interested. Still, nothing was really bad about the experience so I guess that's good as car dealers go? More
