As you noted, your experience is not typical for our customers, but each person, car and interaction is different. There are many different parts to consider when purchasing a car but pricing can often be the most decisive, especially if you feel you're concerns are not being heard. When it comes to financing, there are third parties involved which can make it more difficult for us to control the kind of experience that we strive to deliver here at Germain Mazda. Unfortunately, certified Mazda's are eligible for special rates that were not available to us on our non-certified Mazda. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your new Mazda!
