After, Terry followed up with a very good lease offer and was able to get the color and trim we wanted. We filled out most of our finance info online and sent in proof of insurance and a copy of my driver's license. So when we arrived Wednesday most of the paperwork was completed. Terry took us on a tour of the place and went through the car's features in detail. No pressure and maximum efficiency. We had an issue with our current insurance and were able to handle it right at the dealership (and in the end ended up with a better and cheaper policy). Pretty remarkable, I think. We'll definitely work with Germain and Terry and staff in the future. More

Very Pleasant, No Pressure Experience! I had an appt., last Friday, to meet with Mike Worthington and test drive a pre-owned vehicle I had learned about online. My experience, both at the deanship and while working and test driving with Mike, could not have been better. Mike was extremely professional, courteous and was able to answer all my questions. Although, I did not purchase the vehicle, I never felt any pressure, which I really appreciated. Mike is a great communicator, follows through with what he promises and does a great job with building relationships with his customers which, in my opinion, is of utmost importance. I also had many questions for the service manager with whom I was able to speak and was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism, as well.
