We understand your frustrations, and while we do all the we can to make an out of state purchase as easy as possible they are unfortunately not as simple as an instate vehicle purchase. In our general managers conversations with you he has explained that since the vehicle was purchased here it had an Ohio title which must be flipped to a PA title at your local DMV. We are unable to issue PA titles and we can not sell an untitled vehicle. While there are legal limits to what we can do, our general manager last correspondence with you on this subject was the day before this review was posted where he stated he was sending you a check for your requested amount in hopes that we can resolve this misunderstanding. We apologize if you feel your expectations were not met and we empathize with any complications you've had with your local DMV's processes. Our goal is to always provide the best customer service experience we can for all of our customers while following all state laws.
