Concerned, I called Germain Mazda knowing they were a certified dealership and would know my CX-5 well. Assuming they would not help because I did not purchase with them, they COMPLETELY took me by surprise and were the most helpful people. A gentleman named Rusty Wilson stopped everything he was doing because I needed help with my vehicle. Rusty even stayed late to explain vehicle features which I was unsure about, took me for a test drive to explain the ride and best ways to use vehicles features. With a cold dinner on his desk he ignored all his plans to stay and set me up for an appointment for a small cosmetic repair. I was blown away by Russell (Rusty's) kindness in helping me. I will definitely be servicing my car there if ever an issue. Everyone was so helpful. Extremely friendly, honest people who are compassionate in willing to help. LOVE Germain Mazda! More
