I recently purchased a car from Germain Mazda on Morse Road, and I have to say—this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I initially contacted Sales manager David who connected me with Road, and I have to say—this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I initially contacted Sales manager David who connected me with my salesman, Domenyk right away. Domenyk was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Over the course of three days, Domenyk and David were calm, patient, and incredibly supportive as I weighed my options between leasing and buying. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, and Domenyk took his time to understand what was most important to me. He laid out every option clearly, making sure I felt confident in my decision. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, everything was perfect—my car was spotless, freshly waxed, had a bow on it, and was completely ready to go. Domenyk walked me through EVERY feature and setting, made sure I had everything set up (including Apple Car play and the Mazda app), and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt set up for success. I left feeling excited, supported, and 100% satisfied. I also feel confident knowing I can reach out to him any time if I have questions down the road.
