About three weeks ago Saturday, my car was vandalized while parked in the Macy parking lot at Easton. I drove my car immediately over to Germain Easton. Aaron accessed my situation and had the car checked out. Knowing I could not drive it damaged, he made arrangements for me to have a loaner while I left my car for repair. He e-mailed me an evaluation regarding the window, and also a general maintenance check of the entire car. The thing that makes Aaron special is that he can think ahead very fast. So while looking at the broken front passenger side window, he is also setting up a loaner, and having the whole condition of the car checked. It was a very short stop for me to leave my car to be repaired and drive off, minimizing my inconvenience, and feeling confident that my car would be repaired as though it was new again. It took a few days for the parts to arrive and be be installed. My insurance company has the rates they pay for a broken window based on a person driving to your car and installing a new one on the spot. In reality, that would have been impossible for me because the track was broken and other things needed repaired to get a new window installed. So I knew when I picked up the car, I knew the car was as good as new. It was a stretch for me to buy a Lexus, but I knew the stretch was worth it when you deal with people like Aaron and the rest of the employees I've met. And the "service after the sale" was more than any customer would have a right to expect. On instance: I couldn't get the garage door opener to work. I followed the directions in the manual to synch my hand held one with the new car's. Janet talked me through it several times with no success. Finally on a Thursday afternoon she insisted that she would come to my house and we could work together. She had to work on Friday and Saturday, but would come on Sunday, her day off. More
Josh was very nice and accomodating but I have a real problem with the cost of a new alternator. I checked with a Buick dealer I know to inquire what the cost of a new alternator would be on their most problem with the cost of a new alternator. I checked with a Buick dealer I know to inquire what the cost of a new alternator would be on their most expensive sedan. An alternator on an Enclave would be between $250 to $300. A Lexus ES 330 is nice but I was charged over $600 for the same part. Is the loaner car that expensive to make up the difference? More
I have known Milt Erb, Director of Service, professionally for several years. The service when I take my Lexus in is superb. The staff is very professional and friendly and they make you fe professionally for several years. The service when I take my Lexus in is superb. The staff is very professional and friendly and they make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in. They gave me a new rental to drive (at no charge) while mine wass being serviced. Their waiting area is exceptional with snacks, coffee, water and a big screen TV to enjoy while you wait. The technician calls me when my car is ready for pick up. When I arrive to pick it up, the technician greets me and discusses what services were performed on my vehicle and sometimes has recommendations on future service that may be needed and the cost involved. They always ask if you have any questions or concerns regarding the service. The car is washed and cleaned on the inside. I would highly recommend Germain at Easton for service to anyone. We live in Illinois but I get the every 5000 mile service here--since we bought the GX470 in 2005. First of all, my service rep (Alena Bankes) is great--caring, friendly, professional--i.e "flawless" We always schedule our appointments when she is going to be there.Second the service is all performed to our satisfaction and always when promised --if not sooner. We have Lexus dealers near us in Illinois and Florida but would only use them for an emergency--which we have not had. Can't recommend this dealership more highly. They are in one word, GREAT More

After having My SC400 serviced at Germain Lexus of Easton for several years, I just found that the cause of my very poor brake performance was the horrible condition of my rear brake rotors. Although I had for several years, I just found that the cause of my very poor brake performance was the horrible condition of my rear brake rotors. Although I had made many complaints about the car being unsafe and while I thought the brakes were being “inspected” at regular service intervals, it was not until the man detailing my car noticed the horrible condition of my rear brake rotors from the face of the rear wheels that I was able to order the necessary replacement of both rear rotors and pads. Germain Lexus of Easton put me on the road again and again with no rear brakes. I am appalled with their service performance and their attitude towards a good customer. I will not return there and have purchased a New 330 BMW Coupe from Kelly BMW. More
