We saw several used RX 350s online that we were interested in seeing. We also had plans to visit three other dealers within 3 miles of Germain to look at other makes and models. Eric met us outside just as soon as we arrived, in a casual, friendly manner and approach. He introduced himself and asked who was the one looking an maybe buying. What a great way to start a buying experience being that I am the women! Once Eric knew it was me, he asked me the questions about what I was looking for in a car etc. I test drove two vehicles and landed on my favorite. Through the process, even though I thought I needed to go see the other vehicles, we decided that Ted and Eric were making this experience so great and being fair that we bought the vehicle without going anywhere else! Eric offered to and did connect my phone to Blue tooth so it was ready to go when I headed home. I will recommend Eric M and this dealership to friends and family. There are two items I would mention for improvement; The first is that another sales man, Melvin, come into Eric's space just after the test drive, with me sitting there, and said to Eric, "what did you do, steal my customer?". Again Eric was completely professional. To be clear, no one met us in the lot except Eric. It irritated me that another member would feel it acceptable to make such a comment in front of a customer especially given that we had no interaction. The second item is related to financing. We were provided the rate etc. and decided to go with this, for simplicity purposes, even though it was .2 above our bank rate. At the point I was signing the loan paperwork, I learned that there is an early payoff penalty and a loan application fee. Between these two fees, it is $345.00. So, please be aware to ask these questions up front because it may change how you finance. More

It just doesn't love me anymore. After getting through some health issues I realized that my body could not handle a sport suspension any longer. I spoke with Preston, who knew of my issues during my ordeal, and asked what he could recommend for me. He put me behind the wheel of an ES350 because he felt that the suspension would be more comfortable for me. He was 100% right. After driving it for a couple hours I was convinced!! I keep coming back to Germain Lexus because they get me. They know what I'm looking for even if I can't quite describe it myself. This is my 5th Lexus that I have owned and the only place I will go is Germain Lexus of Easton. They make the process easy and, most importantly, they listen. More

In Eric's absence Preston assisted me in purchasing a year newer GS for about the same price as the 2013. Since the sale Eric has gone out of his way to take care of us and the personal email to me from Rick Germain, promising an excellent owner/dealer experience, was much appreciated. More

This young man set the tone for what the Lexus brand is all about. That tone in my opinion is brand recognition, impeccable costumer service, stylish yet safe luxury vehicles, and dealer provided amenities that surpasses other dealers in its class. I would recommend that people purchase a 2016 Lexus from Zach Johnson because he doesn't just sale you a car he provides a great sales experience. More
