This is the second time we have had the opportunity to use Germain of Easton when purchasing a used vehicle. The first experience a couple of years back was what made us decide to visit them again while s use Germain of Easton when purchasing a used vehicle. The first experience a couple of years back was what made us decide to visit them again while shopping for a quality pre-owned vehicle even though we live over two hours away. The sales staff was great once again. This time we had the pleasure of working with Erika Lee from Germain Lexus of Easton. She made every step of the process easy and explained everything to make us feel more comfortable during the entire process. I would highly recommend looking her up if you visit the Lexus portion of the Germain dealership. We always shop for our vehicles online through Autotrader and their vehicles are consistently priced among the lowest given similiar vehicles, options, and mileage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for for future purchases pre-owned or new. We have visited upwards of 100 dealerships in the past couple years and I can honestly say they rank near the top in all aspects. Don't hesitate to make the drive, you won't be disappointed with your experience, plus the Easton area is a shoppers dream so you can make a day of it. More
We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both times we worked with Janet. If you can rate buying a new car as a fun experience both of our purchases were fun. Janet spent a lot of time with us on the purchases explaining the vehicles features. Both times we lined up at least three vehicles side by side to compare color combinations. At no time were we rushed or pushed to make a purchase. As for service, Germain has to have the best service consultants and department of any dealership I have dealt with. For price I have given Germain a 4, we all know our trade-in is worth more and that new cars always cost to much. Overall we have been very satisfied with pricing. Great dealership!! More

Alena has always been prompt at returning my calls and providing me information that has helped solve problems, even if it was not a specific "service issue" - for example when I was having difficulty understanding why a satelite radio service was not working. The last vehicle I leased was through Dennis Jacob. Dennis worked well with me in finding the vehicle I was interested in leasing for the next three years. He also helped expedite the process in order that I spent the least amount of time as necessary to finalize the deal. More

This process is extremely different from other car dealerships and the services they provide. The building is very beautiful and clean. I get tea when I pick my car up because I come after work to pick the car up hungry and tired. they expediant and polite. Buying the cars from Mr. Jacobs was the best experience we have ever had. He was constant but patient since we did not know what model car we wanted. he respectfully called us many times, and he even brought a car to our house for us to get motivated. We were not sure we wanted two new cars, but he made it possible by working with our time frame. I would highly recommend Mr. Jacobs to any possible buyer. The Lexus at Easton has perfected the art of selling and buying cars. More

The experiences that I had and continue to have with Germain Lexus of Easton is FAR superior to the other dealerships. Every time I go there whether for routine maintenance or to purchase leather cleaner (no Armor All on this baby), or to ask a question, EVERY employee there cannot do enough for me. I believe ALL of their employees have had EXTENSIVE training in customer service.
