I would highly recommend Lexus of Easton. Our salesperson was Preston Hutchins. He had great knowledge of the Lexus IS and was very easy to work with. We live in Illinois but I get the every 5000 mile service here--since we bought the GX470 in 2005. First of all, my service rep (Alena Bankes) is great--caring, friendly, professional--i.e "flawless" We always schedule our appointments when she is going to be there.Second the service is all performed to our satisfaction and always when promised --if not sooner. We have Lexus dealers near us in Illinois and Florida but would only use them for an emergency--which we have not had. Can't recommend this dealership more highly. They are in one word, GREAT More
I have purchased two cars at Germain Lexus of Easton. Each has been a wonderful car for me: safe, comfortable, reliable, and luxurious. Mostly easy-to-master features and gadgets. But the superb service I've received for years from Alena Bankes contributes to my satisfaction as much as does the fine car, itself. It's always a pleasure to call and bring the car in for service. Alena is tremendously knowledgeable about the car and always has a huge smile on her face, whether patiently explaining some technical aspects of the car's workings or just asking about my family and me. She's as warm and helpful on the phone as in person. I've also had excellent service when Alena's not been available, from Kevin and others. Janet Jamison was a great salesperson to help with the purchase of my current car. Very attentive to every concern I expressed about new technology. No question was too stupid or difficult for her to answer. She followed up with calls for awhile when the car was new, and I still hear from her periodically, as she makes sure everything continues to work well for me with the car. I even got a call on my birthday! All in all, I'm very happy to be a Lexus owner and love the service I've received at Germain Easton for the past 8 years. More
I've bought allot of cars in my life and never has a salesman been so knowledgeable about the product she was selling. Erika was excited about the product, so much so we started to think she was going to buy it if we didn't.. :) As most people know Lexus' have allot of "gadgets" Erika went through them one by one making sure we knew of all the capabilities including of course the safety features.. We had some minor issues a couple months after the sale and had to bring the car in for service. When Erika was making a followup call (one of many) to see how we were doing I filled her in on the situation. She stepped in and help make a rough situation a much smoother one and get it resolved as easily as possible with as little inconvenience as possible... I can't recommend a salesperson more... I don't think I need to say much about the dealership. Germain Lexus is known for their service, facilities and superior experience when it comes to the car buying experience. I'm sure they will be the first and in all likely hood the last place we look for our next car... Daddy wants an IS-F.. Thanks again everyone, and most especially Erika!! More
Erika Lee is, without a doubt, the most pleasant person with whom to work concerning the buying of a car. Easton Lexus is privileged to have her as a sales associate. My only negative experience at Easton was the time it took for her manager to provide a price for me. Erika had gone with me for a test drive, and I fully expected the price to be available upon our return. However, the wait was much longer than I anticipated - especially with the Buckeyes about to play Michigan! :) As far as Erika? When you go to Easton Lexus, do yourself a favor, and ask for her. She's very professional, knowledgable, and the sweetest little gal you'll ever bump into. More

In all the years of buying new vehicles, I can honestly say, working with you has been my most enjoyable experience. I say this for several reasons: 1.) The first time my wife and I entered to only look, we had no intention to buy that day, you took the time to explain the features and benefits of the car more thoroughly than they had ever been explained by anyone ever before. Your knowledge of the vehicle’s features and benefits was AMAZING! We didn’t buy that first model, but I was so impressed with your knowledge and time commitment to us while we were “window shopping” that I knew I wanted to buy a car from you. 2.) When I did come to make a deal on a new Lexus, you took the time to listen to me, considered my financial parameters and I felt you worked hard to get me a deal. We ended up “closing” our deal well after normal business hours; yet you weren’t pressured “by the clock” and I knew it. That was very much appreciated. 3.) Lastly, I was not able to pick up the car during the next couple of days, so you took the time to actually deliver the car to our house. I’ve purchased several Lexus’ and BMW’s in my lifetime and I have NEVER had a sales professional deliver the vehicle…or even offer to do so! You went well beyond my expectations the first time we met, Cliff, and it continued through the purchase transaction. It was indeed a pleasure working with you.
