I spoke with Preston Hutchins on the phone prior to my visit. Once I arrived at the dealership Preston had the cars out ready for me to look at, he had the comparisons already printed out, etc. After so visit. He did not try and sell me on something I did not want. Preston was extremely well versed on the Lexus car we wanted/purchased. He absolutely knew all there was about the car and he shared the information with me which was reassuring prior to the purchase. Also I asked him to deliver the car the next day with a Christmas bow wrapped around it and he did. It was a Christmas surprise for my wife and she loved the whole set up! It was like out of a commercial for her! Talk about a life time memory! He has since followed up with us (unconditionally) multiple times to make sure all was in good working order as well as to see if there was anything else we needed. Additionally he is/has been trustworthy, this is important to us for future business together. I love the friendliness and atmosphere of Germain. When I bought my Lexus I had my daughter with me and she became bored very fast. The used and new car sales individuals make it a pleasant experience for the entire family. Service is never an issue as I always have options for a loaner or given the fact I work close they always drop me off and offer to pick me up when service is completed. He brought the car to our home to test drive, then when we did purchase the vehicle he programmed the navigation systemn with our address, and explained how to work it. He downloaded our contacts from our cell phone into the bluetooth system and connected both phones. He was extremely thourough.
