This is the second time we have had the opportunity to use Germain of Easton when purchasing a used vehicle. She made every step of the process easy and explained everything to make us feel more comfortable during the entire process. I would highly recommend looking her up if you visit the Lexus portion of the Germain dealership. We always shop for our vehicles online through Autotrader and their vehicles are consistently priced among the lowest given similiar vehicles, options, and mileage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for for future purchases pre-owned or new. We have visited upwards of 100 dealerships in the past couple years and I can honestly say they rank near the top in all aspects.
