First time Lexus owner I am a first time Lexus owner. I recently leased a 2016 ES 350 at Germain Lexus during the December to remember sales event. My previous car was a 2010 Chevy malibus thus needless to say this was a Big upgrade for me. This upgrade came with a lot of high end technology. Thanks to Alena Hayden I was able to get a grasp on this technology before I left the dealership. She was professional, kind, and took her time to make sure I understood the Siri hands free technology and well as the Lexus app that lets you control and monitor your car via smart phone. Mrs. Hayden really enhanced my sales experience and it is because of her that I can maximize my Lexus's potential and get complete enjoyment from my driving experience. She is a great employee and I would highly recommend working with her as she is very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. More

I decided to lease a 2015 RX 350 and on a whim called Jay. 3 hours later I was driving away! But Jay and Alena's after sale follow up is the key to their success. Jay had me come back for an extra buff and to spend time with Alena learning how to use my new car! Alena was very patient with me and kept the explanations simple and to the point. Another great sales experience I was not certain I even needed a new car- but was getting a lot of miles on my leased 2013 RX. My wife had an NX200 as a loaner and loved it- we visi I was not certain I even needed a new car- but was getting a lot of miles on my leased 2013 RX. Minimum negotiation was required to keep me in a comfortable price range and the car has proven to be all I expected.
