Great experience with Germain Lexus I walked into the dealership looking for a new Lexus RX for my wife for Christmas. The store had officially just closed, but the salesman I met, Bob I walked into the dealership looking for a new Lexus RX for my wife for Christmas. The store had officially just closed, but the salesman I met, Bob Havey, was glad to serve me nonetheless. He is a true professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Bob bent over backward to help find the right vehicle for my wife and worked closely with Aso Danso the sales manager to get a good deal that worked for all of us. Aso was also very good to work with, very professional, smart, friendly. Since I wasn't totally sure about the color... we did the deal and he gave me a list of all the color combinations. I simply wrapped up an RX book and put it under the tree so she could pick her own colors. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, the entire staff was very courteous and friendly - from the finance manager to the tech guy who trains how to use all the bells and whistles. A very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Germain Lexus of Easton and Bob Havey. More

We were able to agree on a price that we all felt comfortable with (thank you Shane Kitts!), and they went out of their way to fix a few minor problems with the van to make us completely satisfied. On the day of the purchase, we dealt with many people including financing and insurance options. Walter Kuriger assisted us with insurance options, and he was able to save us some money by switching to AllState. We never felt rushed or pressured and everyone was extremely kind. Melvin Jiles seems as though he is ALWAYS available. No matter what day or time we called or came to the dealership, he was there to help. He kept us updated through contacting us by phone, and even brought things I needed out to the car for me so I didn't have to get the kids out! This continuity of service was especially helpful. As a woman, being treated like I could buy a car on my own was important to me. Bryan Jordan never talked down to me and never acted like I could not decide to buy a vehicle on my own. After I purchased the Lexus, everyone else I spoke with was more than willing to take the time needed to explain everything about my new Lexus. There are still things I need to learn but I know I could call Bryan and he would help me with anything. I am also impressed with all the personal contact I have received from the whole Germain team. Alena proved to be one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant people I have ever dealt with. She spent a great deal of tine and was was most patient in explaining the many options of the vehicle. Amazing customer service! All I have to say is WOW! My husband was in an accident and the insurance company totaled our car. After a long day of looking at other dealerships and not finding what I was looking for in my price range, I drove by Germain Lexus at Easton and decided I would see what they had available. I was immediately greeted at the door by Melvin who found me a car in my price range within minutes! Since the car was not on the lot yet because they were still inspecting it (it was a trade in), I was not able to see or test drive the car that day. After letting Melvin and Ted know that the only day my husband and I had off to see the car was Sunday, they offered ( I didn't even ask) to come in on Sunday (when they are closed), so my husband and I could see the car. Above and beyond! Needless to say we purchased the car. I have never experienced customer service as great as this! Melvin and Ted were a pleasure to work with and they have gained lifelong customers from myself and my husband. Thank you for such a great experience!! If we could give you ten stars we would! More
