Zack is the Best I was in the process of looking for a lease; which was something new to me! Zach was amazing, friendly, knowledgable, and wanted to ensure I chose a vehicle that I truly wanted verses settling. I didn't want to make a irrational decision, so I waited a few weeks. But in that time, he called to check on me and asked why I was indecisive. Once I decided I was going to purchase my car he made sure I had the color I desired, the interior I desired, and the process was effortless. I do not think he was personable or friendly. He was unapologetic for the delay in my license plates. When I asked him why didn't anyone contact me to let me know my license plates would be delayed he was very curt and rude. Working with Ken was the only bad experience I had at this dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would refer my friends to work with Bob and JB. More
