Mike Swetnam is my service advisor; he is always helpful, polite and very considerate of my time and keeps me informed every step in the process. I have worked with Mike many times in the past and will continue to ask for Mike when I return. The issue was minor and fixed very quickly and correctly. While I was there waiting, I enjoyed a cup of their complimentary coffee and one of the breakfast snacks. When I get ready to purchase another Lexus, this is the place I will go. More
