Ill start with the bad only because its short, they are an old-school style dealer with respect to prices, I chose to wait them out, if you play the game as well it wont be so bad, I want the best deal pos an old-school style dealer with respect to prices, I chose to wait them out, if you play the game as well it wont be so bad, I want the best deal possible. The Good: first visit the offer was rejected as to they just got the car, I waited 2 weeks and returned to show my wife, I also pulled up same model car from around the state at different dealerships, the salesman, very nice said let him see what he can do, he came back and said they can accept my offer, maybe 5 mins, There wasn't any back or forth, my offer was fair from the research I had done at KBB, car guru and Edmunds. I had a preapproval from my credit union, the xxI guy was super nice, no up-sale or trying to add on packages, pretty straight forward and in and out pretty quick. I did buy the car but it wasn't a KIA, I would do the deal again as we like the car, no strings attached. great salesman, very nice sales manger and the xxI guy was awesome. great Experience More

We have been loyal Germain Hyundai customers for 5+ years, just across the street. As we began our search for our next upgrade, we made the pivot to walk in the doors of Germain Kia and were simply wow years, just across the street. As we began our search for our next upgrade, we made the pivot to walk in the doors of Germain Kia and were simply wow-ed right out of the gates! We were greeted and collaborated with Hunter Horn, who provided exemplary service and genuine hospitality throughout our time together. He perfectly matched our energies and right off the cuff, we knew we were in good hands! While we were not able to seal the deal on a Saturday at the eleventh hour, he stayed persistent and communicative in the best ways possible over the next few days. Doing everything he could to secure our business, again completely organically and not pushy - how refreshing! We ultimately secured the best deal possible for our brand new, upgraded Kia Sorento. We are so elated that we made the move to Germain Kia and have Hunter to thank! More
