Steve Brown was a very nice sales guy. He wasn't pushy like you find at other car dealerships. He listened to what I was wanting in a vehicle and explained everything about the car and every step in the b like you find at other car dealerships. We went to Hatfield Kia on the notion of checking out the Kia Soul and maybe doing a test drive only to end up buying a vehicle and have an awesome experience. When we first parked, Tim was very courteous not only to us but to his coworkers asking if we have another person we were working with. That impressed us both right out of the gate which made us feel comfortable and the process from then on was the easiest we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle ever. Tim's personality and non-pressure salesmanship as well as attention to detail is bar none. He never once tried to force us into anything we didn't feel comfortable with, made sure our needs were met and was always willing to work with us at every level. Even when we returned to have our bug shield and visors added, he scheduled the time for us, spoke to Service in detail of our visit for us, checked in periodically and confirmed the process was completed appropriately. Awesome work Tim and we will continue to recommend you and Kia to our friends and family. We also worked with Michelle on the paperwork and her attention to detail and knowledge is outstanding. Went to test drive a red 2009 Ford Focus. Mr.Stephen Shedlock greeted us upon our arrival and quickly allowed us to test drive the vehicle. We liked the car and proceeded to negotiate a price. Yes, ther Shedlock greeted us upon our arrival and quickly allowed us to test drive the vehicle. We liked the car and proceeded to negotiate a price. Yes, there was some negotiation as expected, but we did not feel pressured. Mr. Shedlock has an easy-going personality that we liked and as we negotiated the process did not become very stressful. We agreed on a price and from there he walked with us to a reception area where we waited for about 30 minutes until a credit application was processed. Mr. Jaleon Wilder approached us in a very polite way and welcomed us to his office. We had a pre-approved check from our local bank at rate of 4.25% and Mr. Wilder was able to offer a rate of 3.74%. This was a better rate so we proceeded to close based on this rate. Mr. Wilder was very professional and cordial. We completed the transaction and left with the car. Overall, it took us slightly over 1 hour to complete the whole process with a payment around the figure that we had planned and expected. We hope that the car gives us good service for many years and we do not have to regret this transaction. If so, we will certainly become long term customers referring other potential customers and will purchase another car in the next two years or so. More
I had an awesome car buying experience. I was very concerned about the affordability of a newer car. During the pre application i spoke to Susan over the phone. I explained to her what my current financial situation was and my price point. Susan was able to identify compatible vehicles based on my price point and personal preference. Susan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and allowed me to test drive several vehicles until I was able to find the right one for me. Sam the used car sales manager was very instrumental in ensuring that I got the vehicle at an affordable monthly payment. He performed a miracle for me and I am very grateful for that. Michelle in finance did a great job explaining the terms and conditions of my car loan. Overall I had a wonderful experience. The whole Hatfield Kia team was phenomenal. More
