We had looked for a long time for a new vehicle, with no luck. When we stopped into Hatfield's, we told them what exactly we were looking for at what price and were able to find a vehicle that we liked alm luck. They even purchased pizza for us at one point. I would definitely use this dealership again. When you're treated like a friend, you want to return to that type of treatment. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership Steven was very friendly and helpful. He was not overly pushy as some saleman can be and listened to my needs when trying to find me the right car to fit my la very friendly and helpful. THE PRICE FOR THE NEW CAR WAS " THE UP FRONT PRICE ". WE WERE TOLD THAT AS A KIA OWNER WE WOULD RECEIVE $ 1000.00 OFF THE UP FRONT PRICE. OUR CAR IN THE KELLY BLUE BOOK WAS LISTED AT $ 12 PRICE ". WE WERE TOLD THAT AS A KIA OWNER WE WOULD RECEIVE $ 1000.00 OFF THE UP FRONT PRICE. OUR CAR IN THE KELLY BLUE BOOK WAS LISTED AT $ 12,000.00 FOR TRADE IN. THE CAR WAS AN 2006 KIA W/ 24,200 MILES. WE WERE ORIGINALLY OFFERED $ 8,000. FOR THE TRADE IN. WE HAD TO SHOW THE DEALERSHIP THE BLUE BOOK PRICE FOR THE TRADE IN VALUE FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO RAISE THEIR OFFER.WE REALIZE THEY HAVE TO MAKE MONEY AS WELL SO WE ACCEPTED THEIR OFFER OF $10,000.00 AS A TRADE IN VALUE. WHEN WE SIGNED THE PAPERWORK WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE "UP FRONT PRICE " MINUS A $1000.00 DISCOUNT. WE WERE TOLD INSTEAD THAT THE UPFRONT PRICE ALREADY INCLUDED THE DISCOUNT. WE LEASED THE CAR ANYWAY. WHILE WE WERE SIGNING THE PAPERWORK THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE VEHICLE WAS WRONG AS WELL AS THE DATE AND PAYMENT AMOUNTS. THAT CONTRACT WAS DESTROYED AND RE WRITTEN. THE FINANCE OFFICER GAVE US A PAPER TO SIGN REGARDING AN APPLICATION CALLED RESISTALL AND FOOTPRINT. THE RESISTALL IS A CLEAR COATING BOTH INSIDE & OUT TO PROTECT THE LEATHER, FABRIC & PAINTED SURFACES FROM SPILLS ETC. THE FOOTPRINT IS AN INVISIBLE VIN NUMBER AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLACES ON THE CAR COMPONENT PARTS. INITIALLY I DECLINED, HOWEVER THE FINANCE OFFICER SAID IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE LEASE PRICING. HER INDICATION WAS THAT THEIR WAS NO CHARGE FOR EITHER OF THESE PRODUCTS, SO I AGREED. THE COLOR WE WANTED WAS NOT IN STOCK SO HATFIELD HAD IT TRUCKED IN FROM CHICAGO. WE PICKED UP THE CAR ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THE LEASE CONTRACT HAD ERRORS THAT WERE CORRECTED AGAIN. ( THE SECOND TIME IT WAS CORRECTED ) MY WIFE WAS RE-READING THE LEASE AGREEMENT AND DISCOVERED THE RESISTOL AND FOOTPRINT WERE ACTUALLY ABOUT $ 500.00 EXTRA. SHE CHECKED THE HATFIELD USED CARS ON LINE AND FOUND OUT THAT OUR "TRADE IN " WAS LISTED AT $14999.91 WE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP. THE MANAGER WAS VERY POLITE BUT COULD NOT JUSTIFY TO US THE ALMOST $ 5000.00 PRICE INCREASE FOR OUR OLD VEHICLE, THE DIFFERENCE IN THE UP FRONT PRICE AND THE COST OF THE RESISTOL AND FOOTPRINT. I WAS OFFERED SOME FREE OIL CHANGES. I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE THE PRICE OF THE RESISTOL OR THE FOOTPRINT REFUNDED. IF I RECEIVE A SERVICE OR PRODUCT I EXPECT TO PAY FOR WHAT I RECEIVE. I EXPECT NOT TO BE MISLED WHEN MAKING A FINANCIAL TRANSACTION. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW VEHICLE, NOT THE DEALERSHIP. THIS WAS OUR ONE AND ONLY LEASE OR PURCHASE FROM HATFIELD. IF THE VEHICLE NEEDS WARRANTY OR SERVICE WORK I WILL TAKE IT TO A DIFFERENT KIA DEALERSHIP. More
