I made an appointment per a flyer sent from Kia for a service update. After calling Germain Kia and having them scheduled the appt, I got down there today and they were incredibly rude. First I have had service update. After calling Germain Kia and having them scheduled the appt, I got down there today and they were incredibly rude. First I have had service done on my kia there for a number of years. In checking in, he printed out the service record and said it was done in 2020. I asked why they made the appt, and told me in was needed? I was then told "it was not his problem, and to call Kia Customer service." Not his problem? Is this how they treat a woman coming in for service on their car? Todd was so very nice to my husband when he called afterwards, but to me? The service dept was rude. This is the second time something like this has happened. When I had a software update on GPS system, I made an appt, got down there and was told I needed to come back as the person who had the flash drive was on a cruise and took it with him. So as an older woman going here, beware you will be treated poorly. More
Everyone was super helpful and patient with us! They worked to get us to where we needed to be to get the carnival we wanted! And then did a great job of explaining all the features! Actually ZERO stars to indicate ZERO integrity! We found the vehicle we wanted at this dealership and were traveling from nearly 6 hours away to make the deal. The day before we were to make the trip we called at closing time to verify the car was still there and available (no pending sales, etc.), and were assured by Hunter that he physically went to the car to make sure it was still there. Lie #1 - he obviously didn't or he would have seen a big yellow tag in the window. We were on the road super early the next day, incurring expenses of renting a car and paying for gas only to find out when we arrived that the vehicle is on hold due to a bankruptcy. How can a car be held for someone with no money down??? Why not sell to someone with cash in hand? Second lie was the sales manager Ricardo telling us that he was losing money on that bankruptcy deal - car dealers are not in business to lose money so that was xx. And if that were true, why would he, as the sales manager, make such a deal? Because of their LIES we were at a significant loss of money and time. Oh, and the icing on the cake...as we were leaving we noticed them in the building laughing about it - I guess they thought this was funny that someone just got screwed. Don't do business with a dealership that has no integrity! More
