I had a nice exsperience at this dealership, had been looking for the same vehicle at many other local dealerships, sadly they did not earn my business. Wanted to test drive the kia at another dealership looking for the same vehicle at many other local dealerships, sadly they did not earn my business. Wanted to test drive the kia at another dealership, they made me drive the vehicle in an obstical course at there dealership, did not want to put miles on the car? I did not get a chance to see how the car/cars would perform on the open road, a new meaning to the term were Dealin.. I left, the next dealership was Hatfield Kia, and I drove around to see what supply the dealership had, important to have a choice and an assorative of colors and packages to choose from. Terry Mowder greated me with professionalism, and answered all of my questions and concerns about the kia model I was looking at and compared the sorento and the sportage, to give me a better idea of what would be functionable for my needs and my family. Tim Neilson (hope I am spelling his last name correctly) was very good to work with. He was very accommodating to our 24 hour test drive request. Worst dealer ever!!! Salesman lied about vehicle. The paperwork from the service department was a complete fabrication...either they did not look at the vehicle or they lied on the paperwork. Both the sa paperwork from the service department was a complete fabrication...either they did not look at the vehicle or they lied on the paperwork. Both the salesman and paperwork said only a couple minor problems that would have been able to be fixed for a couple hundred dollars. Instead, when I took it in, I found out there were major problems that ended up costing me thousands.I also tried to call them to ask about some of the paperwork, but could not get in touch with anyone. The number on the salesman's card went to a generic mailbox and nobody returned my call. The salesman did not return numerous emails. The dealership did not return emails to their main email address. When I called the main dealer number, the receptionist would keep transferring me to a voicemail in which nobody would return my call. Avoid this dealer at all costs!!! More
