She was very accommodating to my requests, even finding a less common option package for me to test drive, then the exact option/color combo I wanted to buy. Our negotiations were open and more than fair. I got a fabulous car at an astounding price. Courtesy, honesty, service. I found these in abundance with Susan and Hatfield Kia. She gave me a greater appreciation for how buying a car should be. A brief follow up service question/inspection with Jeremy Rodock was punctual and thorough. I've never had a better experience when buying a car. I am not easy to satisfy, but Hatfield exceeded expectations. 10s across the board. More
I am from Athens Ohio I drove up to columbus leaving work early twice to look at vehicles at this particular dealer. I bought a 99 Lexus there. After driving it 50 mins to Athens the check engine light came early twice to look at vehicles at this particular dealer. I bought a 99 Lexus there. After driving it 50 mins to Athens the check engine light came on. We then drove it back up two days later for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. A vehicle can't be returned understandable. Yet I only drove it from there lot to Athens. They tool a look at it an compared it to the list of repairs my local shop had wrote up. They said they would fix it if I paid 200 more dollars after just buying the xxxx thing. Now just getting it back on Sunday the light came back on. I am done shopping with any Kia dealer. Don't go here More
This dealership was very very pushy. At first, Dustin was nice and filled up a car to test drive, but when we sat down to talk price, he was very pushy. Would sit and stare expecting me to just take the deal right then and there. They did not want us to discuss anything because all they wanted was an impulse sale. When mentioning another vehicle i was interested in, he bashed the car saying it was far inferior to the Kia. Never have I ever gone to a dealership and have them flat out say bad things about another car. Tp find out, the car i was interested in and later purchased, is an IIHS Top Safety Pick. Dustin and his customer experience really blew this sale for me!! I seriously contemplating purchasing here until i realized how unhelpful and impersonable this dealership was. More

I researched online to find something affordable in a used car, but when I came across the new Kia Optima, I decided to purchase a new car. More car for your buck - affordable luxury. You also can't beat the customer service. I researched online and placed an inquiry. I received an email and a phone call from Dustin Townsend regarding my inquiry. When I arrived to the dealership, he was the first person to greet me at the door. We discussed all of the necessary information to make the best decision. Dustin was extremely well informed, hospitable, professional and humorous. He kept us entertained as we waited for our paperwork. It was a wonderful experience, I love my new car. I had a great experience with Tim Moore. My car broke down for good and I had to get a replacement quick. I went to a few other dealerships to test drive vehicles but when I arrived at Hatfield Kia- Tim down for good and I had to get a replacement quick. I went to a few other dealerships to test drive vehicles but when I arrived at Hatfield Kia- Tim Moore made sure I could find what I was looking for there. I don't know how he put up with me, but I test drove at least a dozen used cars before finding the one I wanted. I also had it checked out by a mechanic before purchase. It was a great experience as I do not normally enjoy car shopping at all. In the end I was very satisfied with my purchase and glad I landed at this dealer. More
I had seen a 98 vw Beetle and the website and I called spoke to Stew. At first I was not able to get the car, Stew went above and beyond his means to get me in the car I wanted. Went and test drove a few cars in the used cal lot, prices were good, but cars either had body damage or something was going wrong, one car was a jeep which had a poor suspension that felt like you wer prices were good, but cars either had body damage or something was going wrong, one car was a jeep which had a poor suspension that felt like you were driving a spring horse found at the toy store, while another had no second gear. Finally we settled on an Envoy and they worked with our price. The used car staff was great, however when it comes to something that should be as simple as a title question (cash sale), which we did not receive before the temporary tag ran out, forget it. I was told to contact Hatfield's business office and someone named Cindy, I left a message, next day still no call. I kept getting transfered to people that were not answering including a manager, I am now heading to the State of Ohio BMV Title Office to see if any thing got filed and try to claim a lost title. Tried again, just get "Not at my desk again" More

We are a returning customer from buying a new Kia Sorento back in 2004. We were looking for a new vechile.
