My husband and I went to the dealership to see about trading in both of our vehicles for new (pre-owned) cars. We had a goal in mind for our combined monthly payments, that seemed to be a bit of a stre trading in both of our vehicles for new (pre-owned) cars. We had a goal in mind for our combined monthly payments, that seemed to be a bit of a stretch, even in our minds, but Tim and the team at Hatfield was able to work with us to find the vehicles we wanted and we both went home happy with our new cars. My second go around experience was the worst i have ever been through with my dad brother as well as myself. My story starts out by me going in there tuesday morning trading in my 2012 kia forte sx for a 2012 kia optima ex. They found the car i asked for which was in cleveland ohio and i love in columbus ohio. We went through with the whole deal i know it was a mistake signing paper blah but i had a lot of trust in them especially coming back 6months later. David said the car would be at the dealership detailed in ready to go thursday morning. Wednesday evening came around no one ever called me for an update when to come to the dealer ship to pick the car up. So i called that wed evening and i believe mike answer and.he said what can i do for you. I told him i just had bought a optima from them and it should be in wednesday. He asked me well do u know what i do i said uhhh no what do u do? Then he asked who my sales guy was i told him david. He said well david left for thw day call back tomorrow at nine. That there just irritated me. Thursday came around no one caalled to come pick it up so i called at 1030 and david said well we had to get a.car in detriot mi so ur going to have to come in and resign a "few" papers. Which i know is going through the whole process again bc the vin number of the other car is on the otger paper work. I asked when it should be there. He stuttered and said 12 today ready by one. 2 came around no one calls so i called and ask for david and they said he left ffor the day. I laughed and said ok. Todays is fri no one hass called but instead i went to byers kia and bought a new optima ex which is fully loaded and got a thousand mo4e for my trade and the t9oal cost came out cheaper then a basic ex model. I dont recommed this place terrible customer service. More
We submitted an Internet request for a price quote for a new Kia Sedona, and two hours later Craig responded with an email. A few other local Kia dealerships also responded, but none as quickly and none wit new Kia Sedona, and two hours later Craig responded with an email. A few other local Kia dealerships also responded, but none as quickly and none with a quote so low. I called Craig who had just gotten off of work, so I told him my wife and I would be in the next day to look at it. He asked which color we were interested in and fortunately had one in stock with the options we wanted. The next day we arrived and the van was ready for our test drive. We loved the way it drove and the features, and the price was better than any other brand, so we were sold. They gave us a fair value for our trade-in and treated us courteously. Craig is a genuinely nice, committed and professional salesperson whom we greatly enjoyed working with. Our 2 year-old grand daughter also enjoyed the deal he gave her - a free balloon that she's still playing with. And the finance department was able to procure a lower interest rate than the already low rate my credit union offered, so we financed the van through Hatfield and that night were able to pull into our driveway with a brand new Kia Sedona. Next month we are taking a family vacation to Walt Disney World which is why we purchased the van at this time. We can't wait to make the trip in our roomy, feature-rich new Sedona. Wow! What a great new car buying experience! Craig was SO helpful and friendly, he knws his stuff and is very efficient and quick. My mom and I came in to look at Kia Soul's on Saturday and a few hours later helpful and friendly, he knws his stuff and is very efficient and quick. Overall it was a great experience and I will recommend Craig to ANYONE looking to buy a new car. As this being the first time buying my own car, it was not dreadful at all as most people say buying a car is. I am so very happy with the service I received this past weekend! Jay in the finance department was fantastic as well! Both he and Craig were a pleasure to work with! You couldn't go wrong buying from Hatfield and I LOVE my new Kia Soul!! :) More
