Purchased new Kia Forte 9-28-12. This is our second new vehicle purchase from Hatfield Kia. Purchased Kia Sedona in 2005. We live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. We were pricing Sedona's over the internet vehicle purchase from Hatfield Kia. Purchased Kia Sedona in 2005. We live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. We were pricing Sedona's over the internet and they were significantly lower than other dealers. Due to the distance, we had to deal over the phone. They were understanding and great to deal with over the phone. The purchase was hassle free and an enjoyable experience. We were very surprised by how well we were treated. For our 2013 Kia Forte purchase we dealt with Richard Briggs. We test drove cars from our local dealers and even tried to purchase from 2. I again checked Hatfield because of the wonderful experience we had the first time. Richard was great to deal with over the phone and even better at the dealership. Overcame Obstacles & Got Me the Exact Vehicle I Needed! Just wanted to say thanks to Susan Fisher, my sales rep. and really all the of the Hatfield Team. I bet I talked to Susan at least 1/ Needed! Just wanted to say thanks to Susan Fisher, my sales rep. and really all the of the Hatfield Team. I bet I talked to Susan at least 1/2 a dozen times before I ever set foot on the lot! She was courteous and answered every question I had. The night I test drove, I was exhausted. I almost settled on a smaller vehicle than I originally intended, but Susan talked to me and then reminded me what my original goal was. Thank goodness! :) We also had a trade-in in the mix and other obstacles to consider. In the end, I drove off in a beautiful 2013 Dune colored Kia Soul that I could not be happier with and the BEST DEAL I could have made anywhere! (& I know, cause I checked!) From beginning to end, price was what was expected, people were friendly and knowledgeable and my outcome was better than I anticipated. & Hey, their gourmet coffee wasn't bad either. Glad I made the trip and will buy from them again. & OH YEAH, LOVE the new vehicle! HATS OFF TO HATFIELD! YEA! More
