I have been looking for a specific Kia for a few weeks. Either dealerships wouldn't call me back or they weren't interested in helping with my lease as a trade. Most of the transaction was handled over the phone because I live an hour and a half away which made everything very easy when I arrived at the dealership. Also as a woman, I have had not so great experiences buying cars in the past. Hunter and Will were awesome! They went above and beyond to make my experience great! More
Definitely will never come back to the dealer once Kia Corporate says I can use a different dealer. I’ve been in countless times for the same issue that their “trained technicians” clearly cannot fix. On Corporate says I can use a different dealer. On top of having my time wasted multiple times my car was damaged and just given back to me and expected me to take it damaged. still to this day the car is not repaired right from the damage they caused and the multiple issues on this brand new Sportage still persist. Management os unprofessional and could care less about the issues with the car you just bought off of them or all the other issues their dealership causes. Definitely don’t Recommend this trash dealer to anyone unless you want horrible service and being lied to time after time by their employees. More

I completed all of the steps to purchase a vehicle remotely, the last step of which was to setup a pickup appointment for the same day. After not hearing from anyone, I called to ensure the vehicle w remotely, the last step of which was to setup a pickup appointment for the same day. After not hearing from anyone, I called to ensure the vehicle was ready for pickup, and that everything was in order. Only then was I told that the vehicle wouldn't be arriving for 4-6 weeks, and oh by the way the price and payments reflected in the deal don't include our $2,000 market adjustment. I brought my car in for a factory recall, after looking at the car for over an hour, I was told to make an appointment to have the recalled part replaced. I made the requested appointment and waited for that day. On the day of that appointment, I took my car and was told that there were no parts available, as it was first come first serve. So after talking to the Service manager, he gave the business card of one of the services representatives and said that he would call me in when the part arrived and set this aside for me. He also filled up my tank. So after two weeks of waiting and not phone call, I tried to call the representative and only go his voicemail. There was no call back. After waiting another week, I called and made another appointment and made sure that the part would be available at this time. The day came for my second appointment and I dropped my car off. I got home to a message saying that several technicians were out with COVID. This was eighteen minutes after my scheduled appointment. I tried to call back to question this, but no one was available to answer me. I received a phone call from the representative, forty minutes later, saying that they had no part and I was free to come pick up my car. I talked to the manager again and he profusely apologized again and stated that the parts come in on Tuesday or Wednesday and it basically boils down to whoever is able to come in on those days get the parts. Whether or not they have an appointment. He asked if I could come on those days and I told him no, that I work clear across town and it was not feasible for me to come during the week. Hence the Saturday appointments. The manger stated that this was unacceptable and that he would sent people to my work to pick up my car the next Thursday. He said that he would do the needed repair, wash and detail my car, and fill the gas tank for my troubles. Thursday came and went with no call or repair to my vehicle. Do not take your car to them for service. You are not a priority or a person. You are just a quota number that they need to fill. More
