Such a great experience I had when i visited for key fob made and my recalls. The staff were very courteous and kept me updated on the progress. I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my car. And they told me they couldn’t do it on a Saturday and they told me that it couldn’t be after 2 o’clock through the week. I go in there they take my car, one hour and 15 minutes later They come out and tell me that they will order my part and call me to get scheduled. Excuse me, I had to schedule off work for this appointment. You knew exactly why I was coming in. You knew exactly what type of vehicle I had. Why did you not have the part? And you want me to schedule to come back and miss work again? The service manager told me to call consumer affairs with Kia. With my complaint. Because it was out of his hands how they handle things. I called consumer affairs and spent 45 minutes on the phone, they told me that each dealership is franchised and they follow their own rules. So neither place could offer me any service. They could only blame each other and that I needed to take it up with the other. More

I had to come back in and put a tow hitch on and the service department was even great. I even had a sales person from Germain toyota help us out. The Germain family should be very proud of these associates Ken Gurung, Skylar Smith, Ricardo Gomaz, and Brian Franks.
