When I arrived I was greeted promptly by a technician who directed me to my Service Advisor, Marko Clanak. He explained the options for the maintenance on my CRV and got the work started. The ‘rep’ that handled my service which was for a Honda recall was Marko Clanak. Marko did a superb task of handling my service on Feb. 11, 2025. He was prompt, courteous and informative. He called me as soon as the recall repair was performed, which instead was told earlier to me that it would take all day when I scheduled the appointment. It took less than 3 hrs. to complete. Marlo was patient in answering my questions on the dashboard, particularly the question about resetting (registering) my gas mileage every time I got fuel. He did an excellent job of explaining how my auto’s system works. I appreciated his efforts as this auto was new technology after owning a Subaru Forestor for 22 yrs. He answered my every question with patience. Thank you, Marko, for doing a superb job! More
