I am a consultant and was working across the state for a year. I was putting about 1000 miles a week on my car and I spent many weekends at Honda making sure my car was in good shape. They understand everything that is going on with my car a 2002 CRV bought new in Oregon. It has been shipped across the country 3 times and had very low mileage until 2010 until I started the long commute. They know me when I pull up, always friendly and make me feel welcome. I would not take my car anywhere else. Starting a new consuting postion up in Jacksonivlle this coming Monday and will drive the 5.5 hours home when I need service:) More

Visited dealership to purchase part and have service install part on my Odyssey for me. Dewayne worked with me to schedule the service appointment and order the part for Sat his day off, talk with Tony install part on my Odyssey for me. Dewayne worked with me to schedule the service appointment and order the part for Sat his day off, talk with Tony and me to go over scheduling what the cost of thr repair would be, and advise Tony that I would be in for appointment. When I came in Saturday, part was there, Tony was ready, car was taken into service on time, I was advised of what was going on while waiting. As car was progressing so quickly, I also asked Tony to do the LOF special which I had a mailer from the dealership, and was still was out in less than 2 hours. I even found out 2 days later they fixed the spoiler that had dropped down from running over parking stops that have rebar sticking out of the tops here in naples for me. Great leadership in service department, customer care oriented. More

I live in Tampa, but had car trouble outside of the Naples area when driving back from Miami. I was very impressed with the lengths that Tony and his service team went to make sure the problem was solved thoroughly this time, something I can't say for my dealership at home. The attention to detail demonstrated is very impressive. I feel very confident that Germain Honda actually solved the problem with my vehicle, while my home dealership just put a "band-aid" on the situation. Germain also was very generous in providing me a loaner car, knowing I would be driving it all the way back home to Tampa. The courtesy and professionalism shown by Tony and Germain Honda should stand as an example of how all service departments should approach customer service. More
