I stopped by Germain Honda this afternoon to see if someone could show me how to activate my iphone with bluetooth operation in my CRV. One of your salespeople, John McDonnell, spent some time with me explaining step by step the process. When he was finished, I was able to do the entire process by myself. This very helpful act meant a lot to me, especially when it seems that today so few salespeople take time for their customers. Believe me, I will return to Germain Honda because of John McDonnell. Love Germain!!! They were all great... really!! The second time it was right before closing time and they still took it in, even though it was almost 4:30 pm! My son, Matthew Hoover, lives in Estero, FL and owns a Honda Civic. During a recent visit with him, the Honda required service, twice in one week. Due to Lee's concern for my son's safety he scheduled each appointment on the same day I called, which was greatly appreciated. I was made to feel that I was the most important person to arrive at the dealership that day, even though I had no appointment and wasn't there to spend any money. I needed help programming phone number to arrive at the dealership that day, even though I had no appointment and wasn't there to spend any money. I needed help programming phone numbers into the hands free calling system. Karen had done it when I purchased the car last year, but my grandson had "undone" everything when he was using my cell phone. Karen was in the process of selling a car, but took the time to listen to my story. I told her I would return another day when she wasn't busy, but she insisted that she would find someone to help me. That was John McDonnell. He was very patient, took time to explain everything he was doing, and let me practice each step once or twice so I would know how to do it on my own. He also explained some other dash board functions that I had not yet mastered. I never once felt rushed, or that I was being a bother. He took me back to Karen to let her know that all of my questions had been answered and they both walked me to the door. Very professional. A feel good expierence. More
