We are loyal Honda owners. It is comforting to leave our Hondas with Lee Glesmer in the Service Dept. who is friendly and explains thoroughly what work is necessary and what is not needed. Every time that I have had one of our Hondas serviced, Lee has gone above and beyond to make the visit as pleasant and convenient as possible. I was convinced to take a costly service contract. On my first visit they took two hours to do an oil change when I asked to cancel he contract which would have meant 36 months of terrible service I was ass first visit they took two hours to do an oil change when I asked to cancel he contract which would have meant 36 months of terrible service I was assured it wold be done. However hey never cancelled the contract and after he fact hey said I would have to pay the up charge monthly anyway and get an end of contract rebate. All of his was undisclosed . An amateur rep named Peter stated, well you agreed to the contract. Ps if yu call them stay on the line because the will never call ou back. The matter is unresolved. Do not take the service contract they are terrible. More

Mr Denaglie was rude. He immediately accused me of damaging the tire sensor. It was the second malfunctioning sensor in three months. I bought the car in Boston where they are polite and helpful. I wanted to congratulate Germain honda for having such a prestigious person in there team, wish that they can accomplish all the goals and numbers in the years to come. Also for my family and my self there is no other Car dealer and no price searching, when we want something all we do is call Mr. Seref and we know we are in the best hands out there.
