I called last minute to make an appointment for the same day because I had to go out of town unexpectedly and my Oil Life was at 5%. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and I took my lunch break to get it done. When I arrived I explained to Chris that I was on lunch and was asking how long it would take. He said he would do his very best to get me in and out so I wasn't late returning to work. He kept his promise and got me in and out very quickly despite a full waiting room full of clients. When I went to pay, I mentioned to Nancy that this was my lunch break and would need to head back to work right away. She was concerned that I didn't eat anything for lunch and went in back and got me snacks to choose from so I had something to eat. I thought this gesture was above and beyond what you could expect from a dealership and the service dept. She truly made me feel special and made me feel like part of the family. Afte this experience , I feel like a have a true relationship with Chris and Nancy and Germain Honda is part of my family. I have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and will continue to refer business to them. More

Warranty Work - Piston Rings While traveling from St. Louis, MO to Naples, FL we discovered our check engine was on in our Honda Odyssey. We took it to Germain Honda and they were more than willing to help us. We showed them the work that needed to be completed that was given to us from another dealership (which by the way told us that we couldn't have the work until 5 days later) and got us right in the very next day. At the end of the next day the work was complete and we were on our way. The service manager was so personable. He made sure that we were happy and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you!!
