I was made to feel that I was the most important person to arrive at the dealership that day, even though I had no appointment and wasn't there to spend any money. Karen had done it when I purchased the car last year, but my grandson had "undone" everything when he was using my cell phone. Karen was in the process of selling a car, but took the time to listen to my story. I told her I would return another day when she wasn't busy, but she insisted that she would find someone to help me. That was John McDonnell. He was very patient, took time to explain everything he was doing, and let me practice each step once or twice so I would know how to do it on my own. He also explained some other dash board functions that I had not yet mastered. I never once felt rushed, or that I was being a bother. He took me back to Karen to let her know that all of my questions had been answered and they both walked me to the door. Very professional. A feel good expierence. More

I recenty moved to Naples and needed repair work on my Honda CRV. I called and spoke with Anthony Landestoy. He had me bring the car in for their repair review and quote. Hello! It never ceases to amaze me that Seref Denizeri walks into our path just at the right time. He has been our friend and salesperson for some time now and always has our best interest at heart. At that time, he walked over to say hello to us and asked us why we were there. He smiled and said, let's talk, I think we can do that trade now on my civic. I said, REALLY, totally was not expecting that! So guess what! I'm in a new 2013 Civic; just like that! But, not only that! Seref traded out my husband's FIT for a 2013 Civic also! Over the last 2-3 weeks I've had problems with my Honda Accord a/c system e.g. freon leak and replacement of the heat motor. In the course of diagnosing and ultimately solving the problem Lee Glesme Honda Accord a/c system e.g. freon leak and replacement of the heat motor. In the course of diagnosing and ultimately solving the problem Lee Glesmer and his technician Larry were very polite, patient and professional in their efforts to alieve my frustration {since I had to return the car to the service more than once}. As a matter of fact they made it a pleasant experience with the hot coffee and free car washes! I can testify with some perspective since I've been a Germain Honda of Naples customer for over 20 years. I'm hopeful you'll give recognition to Lee's excellent customer service performance. Thanks. I needed service after a long drive. Easy to find from phone. Called and came over. Mr. Landestoy is Very friendly and business oriented. I was so surprised when I went to get into my car and it was beautifully wash . The tires were even dressed!! The man that washed the car is a keeper. Lets not forget about Anthony too! Spoke to tim in used car sales.. very easy to deal with and talk to.. no pressure... Purchased a 2011 civic blue... Spoke to tim about a shake in the wheel and he said it will be taken car of.... when i we and talk to.. no pressure... Purchased a 2011 civic blue... Spoke to tim about a shake in the wheel and he said it will be taken car of.... when i went to get the car all the techs had gone home, so i could wait till monday or come back, well i wanted my car so i came back with the car.. Service: George Donovan Spoke to george about the issue he said not a problem we will take care of it.. after the car was fixed i asked him what the charge would be to have just the front rotors cut since there was a pulsation from the wheel when i hit the brakes.. he asked when i got the car and i told him...10 minutes later he says have a seat...next thing i know the car is being driven back into the shop. he said i got you covered... When i got the car back i drove home to cape coral never looking at the car, when i got home i got out and looked and this guy got the front and the rear rotors cut and they put new pads on it as well. WAY more then expected and very pleased as well. This is the ONLY dealership i would recommend, ive worked the industry for 20 plus years and never have i gotten service like this nore have i ever seen a service writer take care of a customer like this.. Best part they did NOT owe me anything and was charged Nothing.. Bob Kennedy-Edwards: I wanted you to know that whatever you are doing in your dealership....
