I was new to Germain Honda of Naples and had to get the oil changed on my 2011 Honda CRV. Visiting Naples as a seasonal resident, I didn't know where to go to have my CRV serviced. A neighbor suggested Germain. I was glad that I took the advice as the crew at Germain Honda is professional, polite and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I was even escorted to my car after the brief service! What a great place...I will use their service department each time I am in Naples should my CRV need servicing. Great service at Germain Honda, Naples Amir went above and beyond to provide terrific service. I came in because me key fob wouldn’t work. A new one had to be ordered. As I left the deal Amir went above and beyond to provide terrific service. I came in because me key fob wouldn’t work. A new one had to be ordered. As I left the dealership Amir noticed moisture in one of my rear taillights. When I returned a few days later, he not only took care of having my key programmed but he had the tail light replaced.
