Exceptional beyond belief! I brought my wife's 2010 Odyssey van in to have it checked over and a new key made. I was a little concerned that I might not get great service becaus I brought my wife's 2010 Odyssey van in to have it checked over and a new key made. I was a little concerned that I might not get great service because I purchased the van at another dealer, (we had a NOT so exceptional experience there and that's why I brought it to Germain Honda to make sure I was sold a solid vehicle). To my complete surprise from the second I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up the ENTIRE staff at Germain Honda treated me as family!!!!!!! Lee who greeted me and helped me get checked in was awesome and super helpful with the loaner car. Don Hutlin was amazing kind, courteous, understanding and accommodating!! I thought that for being the service manager (whom I never even met at the other dealer) he was very hands on and wanted to make sure my families van was taken care of right! Which as a parent means a lot to know that a service center cares just as much for my children's safety as their own. Don followed up with me through out the day, which is something 99.9% of the time would never happen anywhere else. When I picked up my van which was in great shape and ten times cleaner than when I dropped it off, Henry was there waiting for me and ready to answer all my questions. And Jon in parts had my new key ready just as he had promised (which the other dealer never supplied me with a 2nd key). Like I said all the way to the moment I left the store including Karin the cashier every one treated me exceptionally great!! I truly have never had a better service experience and will be bringing my van back to Germain and only Germain for any future needs!! Thank you Don and the whole team at Germain Honda! More

Absolutely pleasant experience My wife and I went in for an oil change on our 2012 Fit. While we waited we took a look at the 2016 Fits. The sales rep came out-Wayne Weiss and he wa My wife and I went in for an oil change on our 2012 Fit. While we waited we took a look at the 2016 Fits. The sales rep came out-Wayne Weiss and he was just a gem. We told him what we had and he showed us the HR-V which uses the same platform as the Fit. No pressure no nonsense and we just fell for the HR-V! The whole experience was just pleasant from the get go. And Wayne was just the best personable, pleasant a real gem. Germain Honda rocks!! More

Lee Glesmer consistently kept us updated on the status of our 2004 Pilot that was in the shop for a number of necessary repairs. Lee's communication skills are key to a great service department ( not to mention his ever present smile ! ) and everyone there is so accommodating and friendly ! We knew "our baby" was in good hands as we proceeded to purchase a 2016 Pilot from Germain knowing we would be treated right ! More

While visiting Naples we stopped by your parts department to see by chance if you had it in stock. Joe Bailey was our parts advisor. He quickly found the part and installed it so we did not have to wait for the Service Dept. to install! Not only did he go above and beyond our needs, he refused to take the tip we offered him. Thank you so much Joe!!! You are a true asset to Germain Honda and will be back again when we visit. More

He also made this experience quick, smooth and uncomplicated. Which is so important these days with our stressful and hectic lives we lead. As I am writing - I do not want to forget the Excellent Service I have received over the last 5 years with my 2010 CRV. My "go to guy" has always been Lee - this experience has always been a "pleasure and uncomplicated"......Lee would always assure me that "all would b well" and it was "under control". Needed service while passing by Naples FL during a road trip On June 3, 2015, my wife, I and two friends were traveling form our home near Tampa FL for a weekend get-away in Key West when the air conditioning in On June 3, 2015, my wife, I and two friends were traveling form our home near Tampa FL for a weekend get-away in Key West when the air conditioning in my 2008 Honda Pilot began to malfunction. Due to the time of year and our destination, it was imperative that the vehicle needed immediate service. Fortunately, we were able to research Honda dealerships/service centers in the Naples FL area, and found Germain's telephone number and address.. We called your service department from the road (RT 75 @ 70 MPH) and were told that our vehicle could be looked at upon our arrival (at the time we had an ETA to your location of approx. 20 minutes). Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Willy Demjanczuk who immediately looked into our problem. Although we did not have an appointment, and there were other vehicles in for service, Willy worked with Chris Martin to get our Pilot into the shop. As it turned out, we had a clogged cabin air filter that was inhibiting air flow and resulted in the AC unit to "freeze over". Fortunately, the "fix" was relatively simple. We found ourselves back on the road in about an hour after we arrived at Germain. I want to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to Willy, Chris and Nancy (Service Dept. cashier) for their professional attitude, sense of urgency in helping us to get back on the road and genuinely caring attitude during our time of need. Please be aware of the dedication your staff has, focused on superior customer service ahead of any inconvenience we had created by "showing up" without an appointment. I trust you will pass on our thanks to Willy, Chris, Nancy and others within the Service Department staff. More
