What really was impressive is he connected me to Jeff Wisser the technician who was working on the vehicle to have him explain the reasons for the problems. Warranty Work - Piston Rings While traveling from St. Louis, MO to Naples, FL we discovered our check engine was on in our Honda Odyssey. We took it to Germain Honda and they were While traveling from St. Louis, MO to Naples, FL we discovered our check engine was on in our Honda Odyssey. We took it to Germain Honda and they were more than willing to help us. We showed them the work that needed to be completed that was given to us from another dealership (which by the way told us that we couldn't have the work until 5 days later) and got us right in the very next day. At the end of the next day the work was complete and we were on our way. The service manager was so personable. He made sure that we were happy and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you!! GREAT Customer Service I was very upset to have my car be held hostage overnight after an oil change because the Service Department's computers went down and they couldn't i I was very upset to have my car be held hostage overnight after an oil change because the Service Department's computers went down and they couldn't issue a receipt and sent an email to the General Manager about the situation when I arrived home. He responded immediately with an apology, and forwarded my email to the Service Department Manager. The Dept. Manager emailed and phoned to assure me this was not their usual mode of operation. He offered a free future oil change and refund. I was very pleased with their rapid and fair response, and would like to take this opportunity to thank both the General Manager and Service Department Manager for rectifying this situation. More
Repair on my Honda I had a problem with my brake light staying on. Lee knew exactly what the problem and had the repair done along with some cleanup of corrosion. I pulled into the deal at 12:30pm and I was out of there, repair done and cashier paid at 12:46pm. It just doesn't get any better than that. The part was $8 and labor $18. Outstanding. I won't take my Honda for service any but Germain. Lee treated me very well and made my day. I was prepared to be there waiting for an hour or more. But I was finished in 16 minutes. Outstanding. More
Fantastic! We came in on a tow truck for service at the end of the day on our way home from our summer vacation.
