Lee Glesmer consistently kept us updated on the status of our 2004 Pilot that was in the shop for a number of necessary repairs. Lee's communication skills are key to a great service department ( not to mention his ever present smile ! ) and everyone there is so accommodating and friendly ! We knew "our baby" was in good hands as we proceeded to purchase a 2016 Pilot from Germain knowing we would be treated right ! More

While visiting Naples we stopped by your parts department to see by chance if you had it in stock. Joe Bailey was our parts advisor. He quickly found the part and installed it so we did not have to wait for the Service Dept. to install! Not only did he go above and beyond our needs, he refused to take the tip we offered him. As I am writing - I do not want to forget the Excellent Service I have received over the last 5 years with my 2010 CRV. My "go to guy" has always been Lee - this experience has always been a "pleasure and uncomplicated"......Lee would always assure me that "all would b well" and it was "under control". Needed service while passing by Naples FL during a road trip On June 3, 2015, my wife, I and two friends were traveling form our home near Tampa FL for a weekend get-away in Key West when the air conditioning in On June 3, 2015, my wife, I and two friends were traveling form our home near Tampa FL for a weekend get-away in Key West when the air conditioning in my 2008 Honda Pilot began to malfunction. Due to the time of year and our destination, it was imperative that the vehicle needed immediate service. Fortunately, we were able to research Honda dealerships/service centers in the Naples FL area, and found Germain's telephone number and address.. We called your service department from the road (RT 75 @ 70 MPH) and were told that our vehicle could be looked at upon our arrival (at the time we had an ETA to your location of approx. 20 minutes). Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Willy Demjanczuk who immediately looked into our problem. Although we did not have an appointment, and there were other vehicles in for service, Willy worked with Chris Martin to get our Pilot into the shop. As it turned out, we had a clogged cabin air filter that was inhibiting air flow and resulted in the AC unit to "freeze over". Fortunately, the "fix" was relatively simple. We found ourselves back on the road in about an hour after we arrived at Germain. I want to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to Willy, Chris and Nancy (Service Dept. cashier) for their professional attitude, sense of urgency in helping us to get back on the road and genuinely caring attitude during our time of need. Please be aware of the dedication your staff has, focused on superior customer service ahead of any inconvenience we had created by "showing up" without an appointment. I trust you will pass on our thanks to Willy, Chris, Nancy and others within the Service Department staff. More

Shuttle service was readily available and driver very friendly. He even came to the door and rang my doorbell when he came to pick me up when the car! I called last minute to make an appointment for the same day because I had to go out of town unexpectedly and my Oil Life was at 5%. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and I took my lunch break to get it done. When I arrived I explained to Chris that I was on lunch and was asking how long it would take. He said he would do his very best to get me in and out so I wasn't late returning to work. He kept his promise and got me in and out very quickly despite a full waiting room full of clients. When I went to pay, I mentioned to Nancy that this was my lunch break and would need to head back to work right away. She was concerned that I didn't eat anything for lunch and went in back and got me snacks to choose from so I had something to eat. I thought this gesture was above and beyond what you could expect from a dealership and the service dept. She truly made me feel special and made me feel like part of the family. Afte this experience , I feel like a have a true relationship with Chris and Nancy and Germain Honda is part of my family. I have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and will continue to refer business to them. More
