I had one issue wh I scheduled an appointment for my 2017 Honda CRV for an oil change and tire rotation. Tyler Smith was very pleasant to work with. I had one issue which in my opinion could have been a safety hazard. I had my car in for service on a Thursday and on Saturday I had found a lug nut in the driveway of my development and decided to pick it up. I then checked my CRV and the lug nut was from my vehicle. I immediately called the dealership and they told me to bring it in and they would check and be sure all the other lug nuts were tightened properly. The service department was very accommodating and as soon as I arrived a service tech took my car and took care of my issue and stated he did not find any other lug nuts that were not properly fastened. Everyone I dealt with did an outstanding job. More

What was to be a simple oil/filter change turned into a dead battery the week before. The dealership got me in right away, changed out the battery and performed the service as well that was scheduled for the next week. I was very pleased to have worked with Jacob Lange who kept me informed and got me in and out within an hours time. This service department better get its act together! 1. Waited over 10 minutes in the sun while four empty cars blocked the incoming service lane 2. They had no paperwork ready for receiving me even though I purchased the car from them and had it serviced once already. 4. TWO HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation! 5. Convinced me to do a tire rotation on a new car with only 6200 miles 6. No car wash on site, so got a coupon to a car wash two miles away... I don't think so! Not happy! More
