David signed me in and kept me appraised during the service process. When my CRV was done being serviced, the payment process was swift, efficient and friendly. My CRV was outside waiting for me. When I got in the vehicle I immediately noticed that it was clean and that the inside windshield had been washed (something I had needed to do)! On top of this, I received a coupon for a free car wash. I feel relaxed and confident knowing my CRV has been properly cared for and that reliable, friendly, professional service is so close by. I filled it out this time but I will not fill it out again. This survey sent from the dealership is short and concise and I do not mind filling it out. 2) To use "EXCELLENT" as a top rating is noT how individuals think. When you ask people how the service was they normally say " GREAT". This should be your top rating. If the rep is pleasant and professional then they met all expectations. EXCELLENT HAS TO BE SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY LIKE YOU WASHED MY CAR, ETC. More

Extra Effort My wife and I were on our way from Sarasota to Boca Raton Florida for a work event/awards ceremony. While on 75 just north of Naples our vehicle deve My wife and I were on our way from Sarasota to Boca Raton Florida for a work event/awards ceremony. While on 75 just north of Naples our vehicle developed a severe "shake" in the front end. I pulled over and checked the lug nuts to make sure we did not have a tire coming loose(recently had a new tire put on right front because of nail puncture). We jumped back on the highway and the "shake" in the front end was still there so we looked up the nearest Honda dealer-Germain- and spoke with Russell Sutton in service....luckily we were only 1 exit north of them and were there in 10 minutes. Russell was able to get us right in and have a tech diagnose the problem.....This time the left front tire had a problem....belt separating inside the tire which was causing the shake. They had a replacement tire in stock and got us back on the road within a couple hours....AWESOME SERVICE. If I lived in Naples, Germain would be where I'd have my vehicle serviced.....Friendly/knowledgeable staff that are very accommodating, right down to the snacks in the waiting area. They turned a potential "bad day" into a minor bump in the road...Super Job to everyone that was involved in getting us back on the road!! Thanks More
