Today, 2-11-2019, Russell helped me by orienting my car I came in for the first time to give my Honda Civic to service it for a Takata Airbag recall. Today, 2-11-2019, Russell helped me by orienting my car in where it needed to be. He showed me where the waiting lounge was. After waiting for the service, Russel brought to my attention to what the car needed besides the airbag in the Multi-Point Inspection. He was very attentive and specifically described everything. After George who left a few years ago I have had several of the advisors but I never felt I had that kind of service. When I took my daughters vehicle in right after Christmas, I had Aamir Khan and right from the start, I knew this was going to be a great fit. Aamir is very knowledgeable, has a great personality, v and is willing to listen to what your concerns are and explain what needs to be done. He went above and beyond the service I could have ever expected. I also would like to address the woman who check the customers out they are very nice and helpful. More

Tyler Smith was my service advisor and I must tell you that he was very personable and knowledgeable explaining to me what the issue was, how it would be fixed and what I might expect after like resetting prior radio station setups, etc. I got the car back in less time that was estimated and I was very pleased with the service.
