Russell Sutton is fabulous. I brought my Honda CRV into Germain to diagnose a problem. It had been bothering us for quite a while. It was a grinding noise under the hood. Honestly, it had been going on since shortly after we bought the car in 2014!Everywhere we brought it, they kind of blew it off. So we brought it to Germain and he fix the problem. Not only that, since they want to keep it overnight so they could test it in the morning when the engine was cold, Russell offered as a loaner car. Terrific service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my potential questions before I could ask them. He is energetic and a strong believer of Honda products and services.
