Germain Honda is the BEST I had a problem with my car yesterday. It is a 2018 Accord Touring and it would not start and came up with an error message of brake system failure. I had a problem with my car yesterday. It is a 2018 Accord Touring and it would not start and came up with an error message of brake system failure. While waiting for tow truck, I called Honda to let them know that my care would be towed there. A few minutes later Shawn Day called me abd reassured me that most probably the problem was an easy fix...i.e. a dead battery since the brake system is electrical and needs a good working battery to operate. Tow truck arrived and was able to jump start my car and I was able to drive car to Germain Honda. Shawn greeted me and within 30 minutes my car was diagnosed with a dead battery and a replacement was installed. Because my car was less than 3 years old with less than 36,000 miles, the service was warranted. I cannot begin to praise my experience with Germain Honda and specifically Shawn Day. More

Above and Beyond Tyler Smith took charge of my service appointment. which involved replacing the handle on the rear tailgate. Not only was the repair completed, Tyler also explained some of my misconceptions about using the tailgate. He explained how I could safely remove the residue from the duct tape I had used to keep the broken handle attached to the vehicle. However, when the vehicle was returned to me, the residue had ALREADY been cleaned away - hence, the BEYOND! He then advised me what to expect on my next service and also gave me a cost estimate without me asking for it. Germain's staff truly want the customers informed and prepared. I am very happy with their care of and concern for the customer. More
