Extra Effort My wife and I were on our way from Sarasota to Boca Raton Florida for a work event/awards ceremony. While on 75 just north of Naples our vehicle deve My wife and I were on our way from Sarasota to Boca Raton Florida for a work event/awards ceremony. While on 75 just north of Naples our vehicle developed a severe "shake" in the front end. I pulled over and checked the lug nuts to make sure we did not have a tire coming loose(recently had a new tire put on right front because of nail puncture). We jumped back on the highway and the "shake" in the front end was still there so we looked up the nearest Honda dealer-Germain- and spoke with Russell Sutton in service....luckily we were only 1 exit north of them and were there in 10 minutes. Russell was able to get us right in and have a tech diagnose the problem.....This time the left front tire had a problem....belt separating inside the tire which was causing the shake. They had a replacement tire in stock and got us back on the road within a couple hours....AWESOME SERVICE. If I lived in Naples, Germain would be where I'd have my vehicle serviced.....Friendly/knowledgeable staff that are very accommodating, right down to the snacks in the waiting area. They turned a potential "bad day" into a minor bump in the road...Super Job to everyone that was involved in getting us back on the road!! Thanks More

First Class Service The service department at Germain Honda is first class. I’ve been there for service twice now and have been helped by Russel Sutton and Tyler Smith. The service department at Germain Honda is first class. I’ve been there for service twice now and have been helped by Russel Sutton and Tyler Smith. Both times I had a great experience. They are very organized and make everything very easy. At my prior dealership you’d walk into the service department and all the advisors would avoid eye contact hoping nobody would go to them. At Germain the advisor meets you at your car and owns the entire service from start to finish. Each time I was kept updated with a detailed explanation of the service. This latest time, Tyler Smith was my advisor and when the service was done he explained the repair to me in a way I could understand. They repaired a flat tire for me so I could avoid buying a new one. Both Russell and Tyler are terrific and I even received a card for a free car wash both times. They’ll also refill your windshield washer fluid. Thank you Tyler, Russel and Germain Honda!! More

Excellent customer service I drove into Germain Honda's service on a busy Saturday morning with a low tire pressure warning after experiencing odd helicopter-whirring noise for I drove into Germain Honda's service on a busy Saturday morning with a low tire pressure warning after experiencing odd helicopter-whirring noise for over a week on my 2018 Accord touring. Claude Babineau, service manager, came over to see what was going on as I waited in line for an advisor and he expertly checked all tire pressures, determined which tire was low and then observed a nail close to the side-wall. It was a roofing nail and Claude explained that the tire would need to be replaced. Fortunately when I purchased the car at Germain, I opted to purchase tire hazard protection and Claude received approval for a full original tire replacement. WOW what a super positive experience!!!I was back on the road in about an hour and was totally pleased with the outcome. Everyone at Germain is so customer-focused from the young greeters as one enters the service wait area to the advisors, mechanics and managerial staff who work on the cars. More
