Excellent Service I was having a problem with the TPMS light and came into the dealership. I was greeted by a fantastic employee named Russell Sutton. He was able to I was having a problem with the TPMS light and came into the dealership. I was greeted by a fantastic employee named Russell Sutton. He was able to quickly figure out what was happening. The previous owner had replaced a tire with a different brand. He immediately checked to see if they had the tire I needed in stock and YES they did. And I might add, at a very reasonable price. While my tire was being changed, I was in a beautiful waiting area, filled with goodies and drinks. Russell stopped by several times to let me know how things were going. About 45 minutes later Russell came in to tell me it was fixed, he went over everything on a sheet and brought me to the cashier and then escorted me to my car. I was in my car for five minutes or so getting ready to leave and Russell noticed I hadn't left yet and came out to the car to see if everything was okay. BTW, the car I brought in was not purchased at Germain Honda but a Mazda dealer in Fort Myers. Germain Honda of Naples is the Best and I highly recommend Russell as an adviser. More

Destroyed My 3 month old 2019 Civic Si Worst Dealership experience I’ve ever had. Took my 2019 Honda Civic Si in for service under warranty to fix a simple clip and ended up with 13 Dents a Worst Dealership experience I’ve ever had. Took my 2019 Honda Civic Si in for service under warranty to fix a simple clip and ended up with 13 Dents and a curbed wheel. Dealership said they would fix it and that they would place me in a loaner for a few days. They pulled around a loaner that was absolutely filthy placed me and my 2 kids in it and rushed me to sign the loaner agreement. I pointed out a couple of the visual damages that I saw on the loaner and the service advisor said not to worry that he will write it in the notes. They called me a few days later stating they needed the loaner back and to come pick up my vehicle. I assumed my vehicle was fixed but when I arrived my vehicle was still damaged and the service manager came out to point out damages on the loaner they had placed me in that were already there. The manager then pretty much black mailed me saying if I fix my vehicles damages they will fix the loaners damages and call it even. They knew exactly what they did and they tried to get me to sign a paper to not leave any negative reviews or let this fishy business out and if I did they would sue me. They are now trying to call my insurance company to try and get them to pay for damages to the loaner and quoted my insurance an insane amount. It’s crazy how this dealership can get away with this fraud and take advantage of people while also leaving them with a damaged 2019 brand new vehicle. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER! More
Just Call Germain...they will take care of this! My car wouldn’t start after my last errand of the day. No stress...called AAA and asked to be towed to Germain...they’d know what to do! I called Germain and gave them status...Erica Melchior called me right back and took the symptoms. ‘Just get the car here and we will figure what happened’. She offered a loaner...but I had already arranged for a ride. AAA was able to jump the battery....so I drove it to Germain...the gentleman waiting for me was so pleasant...told me he give Erica all the details... Erica called me the next morning and explained that it just needed a new battery....the starter was not an issue! And...new battery was under warranty...yay👍 Thank you! More
