This service department is an embarrassment. They lie, cheat, and steal. The service Manager is rude and reflects poorly on the rest of the dealership. Claude Babineau, Service Manager, rocks! I took my 2016 Civic in for service and decided to ask Mr. Babineau about paint around the rear window that was peeling off.
