I was very pleased with the service and Cameron Goudreau, the Service Advisor. He kept me informed of the work being done on my Honda Civic. The clients waiting room was large and bright with comfortable seating. Due to finding a nail in one of the tires, I had to return several days later to have it removed. Once again, the service was tops and the wait time went well. I was very pleased with all! More

My previous service rep moved and I was a bit concerned about a smooth transition to a new service advisor. I picked Jeanne Smith and she was excellent. I had an appointment and she took me in right on tim about a smooth transition to a new service advisor. I picked Jeanne Smith and she was excellent. I had an appointment and she took me in right on time, we went over what service needed to be done and she said it would be around a 90 minute wait. At about 75 minutes Jeanne came to the wait area explained what they did and that they are finishing up. I paid my reasonable bill and I was done and Jeanne made it a very easy process, Thank you!
