I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and worked w/ Jim Walgreen. He was very professional and honest with me, which I really liked. There were some recommended services for my vehicle, to which I declined and he respectfully didn’t push those services. That was very refreshing compared to other dealerships and service advisors I’ve been to in the past. He also regularly updated me on my vehicles progress, which was great! There was a bit of a wait time for the oil change and auto spa services (a little over 2 hours for both to complete), which was maybe the one area the dealership as a whole could improve on. Other than that, I am very satisfied and will come back again for the next service! More

The gentleman who took my car in was so kind. He indicated the service dept. would need my car for one hour and he was right on. Great waiting area with coffee and tables that were 6 ft. apart. Frank in service was excellent and everyone in the store helping my children as we waited in service. I can’t believe the cost of service either. I thought dealerships were expensive?
